Seen by reporters inside the Trial Court....Trump ...so full of comments for reporters when the limelight us turned on and he's coming or going TO or FROM the Courtroom,  while IN the Courtroom he can't be bothered with any of the proceedings to select his own jury ....and is seen to be falling asleep.

Remember...Biden is not the only aged political candidate, Trump is just a few years behind him and in worse health.

He's on Trial, in a state, for a federal campaign finance charge on a crime that has passed the statute of limitations and was paid for out of personal funds and labeled a legal expense because the lawyer wrote up and paid a NDA with a porn star.

Why wasn't this dismissed out of hand? Because the Banana Republic is alive and well.

BS, this case is based on him breaking a misdemeanor law that is way past the statute of limitations, a law that Hilary Clinton broke as well and the biggest difference between the 2 is Trump hid payments to a porn star who was extorting him which had nothing to do with capaign payments and Hilary hid payments to a oppo group to create the debunked Steele Dossier for the campaign, which was a direct campaign law violation.

Also this was a case that the feds wouldn't touch. This whole case is based on "intent" to break another law that he wasn't even indicted for because the only way they can make falsifying business documents a felony is by linking it to the pursuit of a felony. Of course it is all conjecture on which felony Trump was pursuing because Alvin hasn't said.

This case is the weakest case of them all but they have a judge presiding over it whose daughter is receiving financial benefits from the case since her company helps raise money for Democrats and she is using this case to fund raise off of.

This judge has placed a gag order on Trump where it allows the witnesses to taint the jury pool by letting them talk all the trash they want about Trump on national television but Trump cannot respond.
