It's one felony. it's 34 counts.  Lets not be stupid.  They convicted him for recording the payment to stormy as a legal expense.  That's it. And new york is the only place in the country where that's a law.

Take some advice. If you want people to take you seriously at all then try and be a little more honest when you talking about it. The reality is Donald Trump got convicted of one thing and it's one thing that is really weak as far as crimes go. This wasn't tax evasion, this wasn't attempting to defraud anyone, this was felony bookkeeping because they feel it might be in support of some other thing that happened that nobody proved. So he's a felon, but it's based on one thing.

From what I've heard, those charges were way over inflated and were more like misdemeanors than actual felonies - IF he was even guilty of misdemeanors.
