The pinto was built and certified as being to code and safety standards in canada. now - if ford knows there's a safety concern and hides it, then that's something different. But no - nobody got to sue ford in Canada because of a problem with the pinto. And that would still be completely different than suing someone for deliberately misusing it. BC's major export is the dirtiest form of energy: sulfur rich coal which they export to the biggest polluters on the planet, China and India. BC's liberal greenie government is just a sad reflection of the hypocritical federal liberals. BC hates Alberta oil because they want to continue shipping their dirty coal and Ottawa hates Alberta oil because they are in business with the Saudi's.
