Instead they sent the infected seniors back to care homes. What did Latitia James and her radical activist judge have to say about that? Nothing. They wanna protect a bank that said nothing happened to them. The bank made millions of dollars off of Trump and they wanna do business with him again. NY State blames bureaucracy, but they sure cleared the hurdle of forcing covid patients back into care homes easily enough, right? Maybe they were just using their legislative powers improperly, hey? How hard is it to send recovering covid patients to a covid hospital ship or a dedicated covid hospital that's right in that area instead of creating a law that forces those covid patients into care homes? The bank trial is a joke and their ludicrous decision will be overturned. What is the advantage nowadays of building anything in NY they are overtaxed and the cost of living is out of control. You all have to look at the big picture of what just happened, I know its hard to look beyond your liberal blinders but, if you are in real estate and you are on the outside looking in they are seeing that one of their own just got r*ped for doing the same thing they all do. Do you really think they are going to want to build anything or buy any buildings anymore in NY if they can just say you committed fraud without trial and make some arbitrary amount to penalize you for and force you to have the money up front just so you can appeal.
