ON TOP of that you may be subject to other charges and fines under various highway or roadway laws.

You can't operate a bike impaired lawfully in any province i've ever heard of in canada .

What about every other country that has provided Ukraine with military equipment, and supplies?  I don't think you understand that it was not the United States who wanted this war. It was Putin's Russian expansion dreams of taking back all former Soviet States.

The Donbas region is 60% Ukrainian.  Again, it was the Russians who were the aggressors.  This is similar to the German aggression of the  Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia in 1938. This whole conflict started when Russia annexed the Crimea, and tried to annex the eastern Ukraine.

I guess it depends how you define dui - that normally is a very specific charge and it is a federal charge which only applies to motorvehicles but it is true that you can be charged  based on provincial laws.  So a very specific federal "DUI" charge isn't going to happen but for sure you might face a similar charge under provincial law.
