Rebound Posted October 25, 2023 Report Posted October 25, 2023 For the second time in his civil fraud trial, Donald Trump has been found in violation of his gag order for attacking the judge’s law clerk. A law clerk is a non-partisan civil servant who performs work for the court. The clerk doesn’t make legal decisions and isn’t a party to a court case. Also, why does Trump continually complain about the unfairness of not getting a jury trial, when Trump and Trump alone waived his right to a jury trial? After listening to a replay of Trumps comment and watching his eyes and body language, the Judge was right, Trump intentionally did violate the gag order. You see Trump is like a certain minority of people who simply think the law and authority over them doesn't exist so no matter what they are told, they still run their mouth and let their disdain and anger become threatening body language thinking no one can read it except the intended victim...but, like those skilled in reading "eye code" and body language, they read like the proverbial " open book". Many of those so skilled are experienced Judges. Quote

They haven’t empaneled any jurors yet but he definitely tampered with a witness in the Georgia case and I’m very surprised he got away with it.
