WOMEN Issue

The irony of it all:

Women were only too willing to be like men.   Now that men are only too happy to fill the role that women want to shed - to be women - real women are freaking out!

This is a frank confession and an EXPOSE'.  I know it's 18 minutes long.....but, it is a must watch.

There is a harm.

Are you comfortable with what's happening?

No, I'm not comfortable.

AFTER ALL THOSE YEARS.  What a let-down.

Here's the pathetic outcome for women - who have worked so hard and for so long to achieve their own identity in a masculine-dominated world.

You're being erased!

Your title as WOMAN has become to mean NOTHING.
You're now just a.................................... "birthing" person.

Thanks to the group (LG) you'd valiantly carried on your back in your march for your so-called, "WOMEN'S RIGHTS!"
Here's your "pay-back!"

Don't get me wrong. I don't know if you remember how much I hated feminism.  My life has never been defined by obsessing over equality with men.

I don't  know if I feel sorry for feminist women freaking out over this - after all............................. HOW MANY UNBORN HAVE THEY CANCELLED?

Yeah, sure.....as a woman, I'm among those being "erased."  But, do I really care?  No.   I know what gender I am, and I'm comfortable with it.  I know my worth, and I'm thankful to God, and proud  of it.

On one hand, I can empathize with how it must feel for feminists who defined their lives over equality with men and had put so much into working to get it..........
................on the other hand, I'm just so awed by the sheer
irony of it.

Imagine that!

Trans are MEN........................ getting into their "slips and panties" now, so to speak.
?

They're being defined in the terms dictated by ...................MEN.

Full circle, baby.

On the other hand, I've always been a feminist, even unto people telling me I'm using my feminist views as an excuse for more nefarious ideological postures.

As I've said on here in the past, sometimes rights collide.  When that happens it's okay to pick a side.  I support trans rights where those rights do not interfere with women's rights, and I rely on women to tell me what those rights are.

Yep.

We're being censored.  A whole thread is taken down in another forum.

A few years back - society will be up in arms with women being called derogatory names such as, "breeders" or "incubators, the kinds of demeaning identities being put on women today - EXCEPT what they're entitled to be called.

Calling women such demeaning and derogatory terms is....................ABUSIVE!   Had those terms thrown around in domestic relationships, it tantamounts to psychological abuse!

But.....it's okay now.   As long as we're protecting the trans.

What should be done with the “trans” who denigrate biological women?

Ignore them!

Why should we cater to demands of anyone to denigrate others?

You’re not ignoring them.  You seem to want something to be done about.

Someone in our office once said.. once you make it ok for one then comes the flood. Well, then explain why there is not a single trans person in the office 5 years later. Not a single one has interviewed and we have hired 20 individuals and done 100+ interviews

Probably because they’re not really noticeable until someone tells you that you need to get enraged about them.

Of course,  I want something to be done about it.   BECAUSE..............WE HADN'T IGNORED THEM!  We're now dealing with the results of listening AND CATERING to their demands!

By "we," I mean society and government and all these institutions/businesses that had capitulated and catered to them!

Some states in the USA seems to be starting to do something about it!

Once you give an inch to any group - they'll start going for more.   That's the hard reality.  It never fails!

@betsy

I agree with you completely on this issue. However...we have a minority government leader who is busy catering to each and every minority...no matter how small...in order to appeal to all the middle-class bleeding hearts.

I don't know if he and his followers really believe the silliness they impose on Canadians, but they do think it will buy votes and it appears they are desperately afraid of Polievre.

So, they shouldn’t have equal rights to you and me?

Do I have the right to parade around naked in public? Do I have the right to use the ladies toilet and/or changeroom? Do I have the right to push soft porn on elementary kids? Do real women have the right to bare their boobs at the Whitehouse?

  1. Taxpayer funded “care” for transgender service members includes:

  • speech/voice therapy

  • cross-sex hormones,

  • laser hair removal,

  • voice feminization surgery,

  • facialcontouring,

  • body contouring,

  • breast/chest surgery (“upper surgery”)

  • genital mutilation surgery (“lower surgery”).

  • Psychological counseling

  1. Service members who identify as transgender may receive a waiver for grooming and uniform standards.

  2. Service members who identify as transgender may receive an indefinite waiver for physical fitness standards. This waiver often becomes a de facto permanent situation, and the transgender identifying service member just has to renew the exemption request every six months.

  3. Service members who identify as transgender will be considered “non-deployable” for up to 300 days while taking hormones for their “transition” period. Again, given that these hormones are often required for life, this may render the transgender identifying service member as permanently unable to deploy.

People parading around in the nude is the relatively rare exception and not the norm. However, with politicos.. as soon as one of these relatively rare occurrences happens.. it is a sure sign of things to come. Naked guy at a gay parade in Seattle is surely going to filter down to Grand Junction, CO in a few days. By the end of the week.. naked guys will be in every town or city.. no one is safe.

@impartialobserver

We should all have equal rights!

But we don't.

What do you mean, "what demands?"   HAVE YOU WATCHED THE OP?  Unless you watch and argue based on what's already on the table - don't bug me with silly arguments.

Boy - you should understand the issue being put forth before you get into a serious discussion.

I'll ignore you for now until you've got something worth responding to.

You better review all my posts!

What equal rights are you on about?

WOMEN .........had found out, they don't!

Their natural identities as women is being replaced by terms that would've been deemed ABUSIVE a few years back!  Women are no longer being called, women.

Imagine being called, "birthing people!"

What is this?   A precursor to ....................................A HANDMAID'S TALE? ?

Bye.
