I wonder how much government agencies in Canada are spending on DEI indoctrination programs

This is far from the first time I've heard stories of these programs going off the rails. In fact, there's no evidence that any of these help anything and some evidence they actually incite resentment and thus more racism and prejudice. There's no accreditation system for those who give these lectures/indoctrination sessions. Nor do they seem to have any kind of standards nor any academic rigour. It seems to mostly be some person - almost always a fat black woman for some reason - accusing all the white people there of being racists.

One could do some independent work too, in a way you are doing this too, starting this thread, bringing awareness.

My solution, would go a step further, by working on the language and also being armed with technology, film them back.  ?

 

So really, @Michael Hardner, how does a moderate white man find his balance in today's world? I am not talking about me and you, the ones in the jungle, there in society, we have it good, the comfort it seems, we get to use the computer daily. 

To me, we are burdened with helping others.

DEI is the heart of the cultural revolution that’s dividing our society and turning everyone into Marxists.  The funny and yet horrifying part is that most people now know that the game is about elitist self-preservation.  Say the revolutionary things and remain in good standing. Question it and risk exclusion.  That’s the brutal Orwellian truth about our current workplace culture.
