Does it make it better if I swap 'revenge' for 'retribution' (your word)? ? Does it make it better if I swap 'revenge' for 'retribution' (your word)? ? Sort of - the 'equal' part is important. This deal was equally bad for both, but necessary. And it's been explained. You don't really understand how english works do you I get what's happening. You feel bad about yourself for having completely "lost" the rest of your argument and you feel bad about yourself for being shown up. So - you think if you can just find SOMETHING! SOMETHING to be right about then MAYBE you won't be a total failure!!!!! So you search for some technicality somewhere that you can shift the discussion to... "HEY, THAT COMMA DOESN'T GO THERE!!!!!". And try to win that. So you can sleep at night with your other failures. Your life is that pathetic, and you're reduced to being basically a grammar nazi to try to salvage your ego. You know what? It obviously brutally important to your self esteem so fine, if it makes you feel like you're not a total failure, the dictionary and i are wrong, you're right. There you go - you can rest easy again Edited April 25, 2023 by CdnFox Quote There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

ExFlyer Posted April 26, 2023 Report Posted April 26, 2023 (edited) Here is why the public does not sympathize with PSAC. Interesting read and PP has to be careful with his opinion and comments. He needs Canadian votes, not just union votes. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/money/careersandeducation/gunter-dear-federal-workers-here-s-why-you-re-despised/ar-AA1acBvn?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=f2ff7aacef9449c8a89d5e3ccf3fcd10&ei=8&fbclid=IwAR3htA4yznVImN45nHpLoCCXBwrOE4DDygMbtyVgfk8X896CquQE4YcYNCA Edited April 26, 2023 by ExFlyer 1 Quote Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Either the Liberals will cave to the union and enrich their already over-the-top compensation, or we'll have a long and expensive strike and maybe (but doubtfully) the union will eventually cave. This is like a tragic comedy, with Pierre Poilievre endlessly (and mostly fairly) criticizing Justin's overspending , but when the latter finally looks ready to take a more fiscally disciplined stance on something, the former refuses his support in lieu of backing him into a corner. What do you think the end result is going to be? With no other options, do you think Trudeau is going to cave to the union, or try to wait out a long and expensive strike against what is probably a good chunk of his constituency? This, I think, tells us exactly the sort of politician that PP is. Yes. A smart one. Quote Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.
