I like that my education was completely free of religion. In high school, they offered what was called Seminary but it was across the street and was for no credit. I would think that you want someone to come into a religion of their own volition.

Absolutely.  Canada was founded on unshakable Judeo-Christian principles and this is constitutionally enshrined.  Our head of state is religious.  God save the King!
