The bill's language is broad and could result in people facing criminal charges for sharing hateful content, including on social media. Two points to make: 1. Encouraging violence is not allowed by the First Amendment. I think. An American can correct me here if I'm wrong. I would put encouraging and inciting in the same vein. As for spewing hatred, I support the right of anyone to spew hatred if they want. I might despise it, but who the hell am I? Edit> That's not to say there won't be consequences. I also support the right of organisations to censor speech, and fire people who don't meet their standards, etc. I might despise that too, but it's their right.
