Far left loons on the January 6th commission refer Trump to the lunatic Garland for prosecution

Have you watched the presentations of UNDER OATH TESTIMONY from REPUBLICANS working in Trump's WH?

I didn't think so. Cause you want to ignore the real evidence.

What real evidence? Something someone thinks they overheard?

This was a flop and yet another swing and a miss.

Much of the evidence (sworn testimony) has been presented on TV. YOU FAILED to look at it. That is ON YOU.

Unless it just wasn't available in Canada.

Here is: Read an executive summary of the Jan. 6 committee's final report

IF you read any of it to prove you actually care about evidence, I will post the link to the full report.

You don't know what I did. Stop pretending you know stuff. It's getting pretty obvious you don't know much.

Tell you what though. I'll show you what I agree with. This guy:

"

This week the January 6th Committee voted to make criminal referrals to the Justice Department, including the proposed indictment of former President Donald Trump.  However, the Committee’s splashy finale lacked any substantial new evidence to make a compelling criminal case against former President Donald Trump. The Committee repackaged largely the same evidence that it has previously put forward over the past year. That is not enough. Indeed, the reliance on a new videotape of former Trump aide Hope Hicks seems a case of putting “hope over experience” in the criminal Justice system.

440px-Adam_Schiff_official_portrait.jpg?While still based largely on the failure to act, Rep. Adam Schiff (D., Cal.) insisted that “if that’s not criminal, nothing is.” The opposite may be true from a First Amendment perspective. If the failure to act is criminal, it is hard to see what would not be criminal under this standard.

After members like Schiff, again, promised new evidence to support criminal charges, the Committee continued its pattern of rehashing previously known evidence with network-quality videotapes.

The failure of the Committee to offer any new and direct evidence of criminal conduct was obvious at the outset. Vice Chair Liz Cheney began her remarks by again detailing what Trump failed to do. It was a repeat of the prior hearings and for some likely left the impression of actors who are refusing to leave the stage long after the audience departed...

There's more there. You should check it out. See what your masters aren't telling you.

Personally, I think the joke is on right-wingers. It is the funniest joke in politics. After a year and a half of sworn testimony of hundreds of whitnesses before the J6th committee, not one single Democrat testified. Every sworn testimony has been Republican. Now, I know the right-wingers demote every Republican that is willing to testify under oath as "traitor" and a RINO. They know that NO True Republican would ever let themselves be forced to tell the truth under penalty of purgery.

However, those that hide, who would rather go to prison than tell the truth, and those who appeal to the Supreme Court to keep from testifying - (which by now is fully RINO because right-wingers have won ZERO favorable decisions from "their" Supreme Court) find themselves in grand jury Hell. Because any true patriotic right-winger always take the 5th Amendent when cornered into testifying under penalty of purgery, they have learned that  Duck and cover is the operational plan for avoiding having to tell the truth.

Even Trump said the only the Mob takes the 5th. So far, Trump is coming up on 500 times he has taken the 5th so far. Now that's funny!

It is almost comical to hear these rightwing nuts spout righteous outrage at the courts, the FBI the DOJ, their judges etc. but when they run out of options to hide, and go before grand jurys, they turn on each other like sharks in a guppy pond.

Well Trump does act like a mob boss and that's just 500 MORE WAYS. ?
