to be a shill.. I have to care about one side or the other.. When someone would say, "I am not getting the vax".. my response was "sounds good".. That is the hallmark of someone who cares passionately about the pro-vax or anti-vax... says no one ever. Much like most Americans..  I just wanted it over with. Mask Mandates were silly and at work.. the pandemic-era policies were making the job more difficult than need be.

I got the vax simply to avoid paperwork.. Now read that again. Where in that first sentence do i mention "safe and effective". Second, if I am such a shill why did I not broadcast this... Hmm.. I got it done, went back to work, and went about life. Much the same as mailing something or going to the bank. 

honestly, where the pandemic affected me the most was the back log of UI cases and then the dept getting sued. So besides have 585,000 claims, we had to pivot and become paralegals and cyber security experts. The lawsuit was someone saying that we were not paying his PUA (unemployment for gig workers or 1099 employees) because of some discrimination.. Long story made short, it failed. He was found to be living in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
