You can call them a terrorist group as long as you understand they have different aims from IS and AQ. IMO we should first target those groups that target Canada. Nasser's blockade was an attempt to derail this cooperation so his Soviet supplied armies (for free) could besiege Israel at their leisure forcing Israel to commit its citizen army to the field for an indefinite period of time...until Israel surrendered or could be safely overrun by Arab mechanized forces. Driving them into the sea as Nasser boasted. Didn't work. Operation Focus came right out of the blue and smacked the combined Arab air forces right out of the sky. Arab defeat quickly followed.
