This is the unjust life style which we have been used to live. In today's World someones digs ditches not because of they make much more money than any other jobs but because of they are not given any other chance. Ofcourse many people would not like to dig ditches all day long. Then we can share difficult/stressful jobs, I will dig my part and you will dig your part, another person will dig his/her part. If we can find (probably we can many) people who would like to work as digger, we can leave this job entirely to them and we would ease their jobs. For example they would work part time. Dont forget that everyone will live a luxury life in my system, be a grave digger or be an astronaut, everyone will live the same life standards. If you want to be a race car driver, you will be a race car driver after you provide the necessary qualifications for such a job. We want happy and efficient citizens. You missed the part about it will never be THEIR land. It is all shared. Including the ditch digging and septic tank cleaning. The hope there is some training first. The other guy loves being a plumber, but sure sucks at it. People who are good at what they do will get remunerated for what they do well despite your silly system. How will non-payment be enforced? Will the plumber who accepts cakes be jailed for taking payment? A brain surgeon is not going to go to school for 10 years and become an expert in their field if they have to drive the same Toyota Corolla that the person who serves you coffee gets. I'd rather have gone to school for 8 years and become an expert in my field and do what I do now, even if I was getting paid the same as a person serving coffee, because what I do is much more interesting (to me at least) than serving coffee. There are many people doing their job to make money in today's corrupted system. My system wont be enforced, will be offered as democratically. You are free to give your cake whoever you want but do us a favor and please keep your pants on. We dont want brain surgeons to operate on someone's brain while dreaming a nice summer house. The poster is stating it will be a democracy but has failed to be able to answer any issue that will come up with this "system" then puts these people on ignore. My question is how will this "system" function in a democracy when nobody that has posted would vote for it. Or will the people that vote against it be ignored as well?
