Here we go!

Here's another poll putting the NDP in the clear lead.

Uh oh! The conservatives in third place!

Looks like the conservatives are in a world of hurt!

And those 2,000 respondents were interviewed before Dean Del Mastro, Harper's parliamentary secretary, was marched across the evening news in leg irons and handcuffs.

Conservatives are 13% back from their 2011 finish, the NDP 5% above. Quebec now shows 41% NDP and this is the second poll in a row to report a substantial NDP lead in BC.

The next EKOS numbers should be interesting.

The Conservatives are going to be hammered by undecideds for spreading ISIS propaganda as a way to scare people into voting for them. Canadians aren't that stupid and those ads are are just plain insulting to people's intelligence. The only people gobbling those ads up are the people would say it was raining if Harper was pissing down their legs.

And don't forget the NDP are trailing in Alberta by less than 10%!

That really says it all there now doesn't it?

And ya I have to agree that Maestro walking into a police van in shackles is going to seriously hurt the conservatives.

Wouldn't be surprised if the conservatives will be flirting with the 23-25% range in a few weeks after the latest bad news starts to sink into voters.

Seriously bad if your a conservative to see the trend against you.

Have to wonder where the bottom is going to be. That's the real story here now!

I think that's going to be another nail in the coffin.

I agree with Vancouver King that the Maestro case/video walking in shackles will be a bigger obstacle to overcome. Especially in central eastern rural southern Ontario! Could see the conservatives losing a lot of seats in southern Ontario!

But who knows?

If the media are already questioning the legality of the conservatives latest adds, it could snowball to the point that the conservatives are constantly on their heels moving lower and lower in the polls?

They are taking very great risks, sign of desperation. All looks very bad to voters!

National Socialists? That's absurd, just a chum of Tony Accurso:

Mulcair: Just a simple public servant blessed with many friends ;)

We can also dig into Harpers life as a supporter of the Northern Foundation, an organization here in North America that vehemently supported Apartheid in South Africa. But I'm sure you'd still vote for him. A picture won't change many people minds.

Has Harper (or Trudeau for that mater) held rallies for his previous campaign in a club owned by a person with alleged involvement in the Mafia? Did Mulcair get any money off him, and if so, was it exchanged in a paper bag or violin case?

I guess we know, under an NDP Government, who the proposed infrastructure projects will be awarded to.......

As I said several weeks agos, NDP supporters bask in your Broadbent moment in the polls, it will be short lived.....calm before the Storm ;)

hahaha keep telling yourself that so you can sleep at night. But in the back of your head you know if the youth in this country ever get mobilized to vote, it won't be for Harper. It happened in Alberta, it will happen Federally. It's going to take a big screw up on Muclairs part to change anything. When you can get the Middle Age, Youth, Union, Quebec and Liberal vote after Trudeaus screw up in supporting c-51 you've got the election in the bag. Don't forget that there are more people that vote left in this country then vote right, when they have a reason to come out and vote and align their vote on a single left-aligned party, even a single powerful right-aligned party doesn't stand a chance. Harpers days are numbered.

Must be quite a headache Harper has lately...he has Del Mastro being led away in chains, the Duffy trial ongoing, Wallin and Brazeau out there on the horizon, C51 got raed through but will likely be torn apart by the SCC, and Khadr is about to be a free man and the polls are tanking. Oh well, he had his day I guess.

I have zero problem sleeping ......ask yourself this though, why has the Tory's campaign machine (likewise the Liberals) largely left Mulcair and the NDP alone? Surely if the Conservatives (and Liberals) truly "feared" the NDP, they'd be slinging the mud.......but they're not........the NDP (and yourself) will learn the difference between campaigning to win popularity polls (like Justin did since wining the Liberal leadership) and campaigning to win elections..........

Just in the first quarter of the this year alone the Tories received more donations than the NDP and Liberal combined, but have yet to open the war chest......do you really think the CPC is going to roll over and go quietly? Ask Dion about that, and Dion, though lacking gravitas, was/is squeaky clean..likewise Ignatieff.....Mulcair, we'll wait and see if he has any skeletons in his closet ;)

I'm sure he does, Harper has more. He will be running for that closet come election time, though I'm sure he's comfortable with that closet now. The youth are energized, they really don't like Harper. Look around you, it's the youth leading this NDP charge. It was in Alberta and it will be federally. I work with many people under 30 from across the country, it's pretty unanimous that they don't like Harper and will be doing something about it. It was them that told me to make sure I am registered on elections Canada website because of harpers election changes. I wasn't, even though I've voted in the last elections. They're pissed. It's leaders like Harper that mobilize the youth. Harper will be hiding in that closet by the time the election is over. I've never heard more people under 30 more interested in politics in my life, talking about it every day. It's a strange thing but it's good. They're listening and they don't like what they're hearing. All the money in the world won't help Harper. Whats funny is the attack ads don't sit well with young Canadians. They hate them, the like the legalization of marijuana and they aren't excited about wars. Harpers last day is booked for October.

If by day, you mean nearly a decade (so far)...yes I guess you could say that. That'd enough, btw, to make him the 6th longest serving PM, just behind Chretien.

That's great!!!! I truly hope the NDP continue to "poll" well throughout the Summer, as such, the Tories (and Liberals) can start packing their things and making way for the eventual 338 seat NDP majority that is certain to happen this Fall!!!

It will not be a landslide majority. You and I both know that. it all depends on what other stupid things Harper and Trudeau do until the election and weather Muclair can stay relatively clean. The Harper regime will fall, this fall.

Clearly, as made evident by the Tories withholding support for HarperPAC, which resulted in the group folding and returning donations.....clearly the Tories know all is lost and don't wish to see donors spending money for naught...........meanwhile, the union funded, shadow NDP backing PACs will be allowed to grow even stronger and set this Fall's narrative, resulting in an NDP super majority!!!

Right, and then will you tell us why before joining the NDP, Mulcair sought a cabinet post with the Conservative Government.......which was ultimately rejected by the Conservative Party of Canada?

I'm sure all such (recorded) conversations between Mulcair and the Conservative Party will be quite interesting to gleam, but it would be most surprising if such private talks were made public during a Federal election..... ;)

hahaha that's not proof it's just a story... nothing more than a shaky opinion piece. Yeah I'm sure a "Tory Insider" gave him "the scoop". Sounds like a scared Harper looking for some character assassination. There's no low that scumbag won't go to is there. I Bet you believe it to don't you? If a "Tory Insider" told you the earth was flat, you'd be on here championing that one too wouldn't you?

conservatives already started spending money months ago in attack adds, didn't work as polls show!

Harper has no intention of attending an leaders debate so as far as rolling over and going quietly goes, that's is probably their best campaign policy going for them right now!

And as far as digging up dirt on Mulcair goes, what are they waiting for?

Oh it's bad alright. Real bad to be a conservative in 2015!

Despite what the thread is, that won't be the big story.

The slip of the majority government into 3rd place will be what everyone's talking about!

Funny how the conservatives don't think if the tactic worked, it wouldn't work on Harper?

I'm sure Harper has lot's of skeletons the socialist PAC's could use. But why bother when there's bigger chickens in the pot!
