I hope the liberals keep Chrystia Freeland on TV as much as possible. Watch her on P & P the other nite and she has to be one of the rudest and arrogant people I have ever listen to.

Chrystia Freeland is pretty horrible. I've seen her on Bill Maher.

Also saw her on P & P a while back - rude and comes across as a spoiled brat. That's the new Liberal Cabinet material?

Also seen her make a fool out of herself on CNN to the pt they quit talking to her. And that smirk she has, another embarrassment for the country if the liberals were to win.

It's confirmed - another gaffe.....a huge one......

Despite her loss, Adams vows to “keep fighting” and not disappear from politics. But most Liberals, including her new leader, probably wish she would. For Trudeau, the Adams debacle embodies the very issue his opponents seek to exploit: a serious lack of judgment, which strikes at the heart of his leadership. As the Liberals stagnate in third place in the polls just three months before the general election, it could not come at a worse time.

Ah no. He wanted her because he thought she would embarrass the Cons.

It didn't work out that way.

In retrospect, Trudeau must be quietly delighted that she lost the Lib nomination too. Dodged a bullet.

C'mon now, she doesn't hold a candle to the nonsense spewing by either Pollievere or Chris Alexander.

Took a month for you to come up with that pipsqueak response?

No, it too me about 5 seconds.

I'm sure we're all impressed by the time and consideration you give to your replies...

Apparently you were.

Not especially, no.

Justin Trudeau is the Sarah Palin of Canadian politics, except that he's less accomplished, and doesn't give as good of a speech.

Just saw this and found it to be such an amazingly funny comment on many levels.

When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it--always. Gandhi

On guard , she is worse then those 2. I would prefer Mouth Martin of the NDP.

In his Calgary speech today, Trudeau has hit at least one issue that will resonate with Canadians.

http://ctv.news/C5U87FR

At about 4:40 into the clip, he talks about MP's in Ottawa....

"...[ Harper's MPs ] .... thought that they were going be YOUR voice in Ottawa, but found out that they were to be nothing more than Mr. HARPER's voice in your community... and that's a shame."

About his own candidate... " I want him to be your voice in Ottawa, not my voice in Calgary".

...

He is looking awfully comfortable during the speech and the post-speech questions.... It IS going to get interesting.

And that will last until the first time the candidate or MP's constituents want something different than Mister Trudeau. At that point he'll be told to shut up and tow the party line.
