bush_cheney2004 Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 Yawn...failure to obey lawful direction from the police....good luck in court. Quote Economics trumps Virtue.
On Guard for Thee Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 Funny how the rednecks always assume the white police officers must be in the right. What is not so funny is the ongoing racism which is further tensioned by the fact that everybody's afraid that everybody else has got a gun. Probably because they often do down there. As the old song goes, "when will they ever learn" Quote
GostHacked Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 The cop was in the wrong to break the window and the use of the tazer. If it was a simple seat belt violation, it requires a ticket and nothing more. Quote

Is it a law in the US that you have to carry a drivers license or any other ID to be a passenger in a vehicle? Just askin. Just askin.Nope, not unless probable cause/reasonable supsicion of some crime/law is seen or done. Lets hope the guy gets rewarded nicely. Its always good to see cities having to pay out for jerk offs on the payroll. All said, he could have just given them his name, no need for any ID above that courtesy. But when she tries to drive off....well something tells me there may have been more. The police dash cam comes out soon. Add to that , the place where this happened is a complete shithole no one would want to be in. (certainly nothing exists in Canada even close) Its right near Gary Indiana , another shithole famous for being one ......and the home of the Jacksons. Edited October 7, 2014 by Guyser2 Quote

The U.S. has many states and law enforcement agencies. Police can stop and detain people under certain conditions.
