It is pretty funny. With interview skills like that he's going to be a back-bencher for life. What a dummy. It's actually hard to watch.

Wow that seems like a RMR or This Hour has 22 Minutes sketch. If Pierre is only permitted to repeat one talking point why would he continue with the interview? What a tool.

Amen. He doesn't even have the sense to bail.

When the tories talk about the economy they ALL on message but the best one is Pierre, who when asked by a reporter, repeated the same message 7 times. It's kinda funny. http://www.globalnew...5364/story.html

The questions are quite slanted. They are aimed at vilification, not information.
  • Free speech: "You can say what you want, but I don't have to lend you my megaphone."
  • Always remember that when you are in the right you can afford to keep your temper, and when you are in the wrong you cannot afford to lose it. - J.J. Reynolds.
  • Will the steps anyone is proposing to fight "climate change" reduce a single temperature, by a single degree, at a single location?
  • The mantra of "world opinion" or the views of the "international community" betrays flabby and weak reasoning (link).

You're right. They're biased and unfair questions to begin with, but this moron didn't have the common sense to call the interviewer out on it, bail on the interview, or come up with an intelligent or non-canned response. It's funny either way.

Mulcair's private affairs may be of passing interest to busybodies and slam propagandists, but are insignificant to taxpayers' interests.

Pierre Puppet Poilievre's performance of his publicly funded duties, however, are our business.

How much did we pay him to repeat the same point over and over?

How much do we pay all of Harper's puppets to regurgitate his canned words?

Why should we pretend that Harper leads a democracy?

He doesn't even bother to pretend.

Why do we pay MP salaries to puppets when H could just provide recordings of his own words for low paid minions to repeat over and over and over and ...

Just buy a bunch of Harper masks for the minions to deliver his edicts ... ... oh wait! It's illegal to wear a mask at a public gathering!

Guys, it's a funny news link. It's pretty sad to see how hard people will try to make it out to be more than it is. AC had it right. PP is a dumb sock puppet. End of story. Watch the interview. Laugh at it and shake your head at the type of morons Canadians elect (from any party). Albertans would vote a bowl of spaghetti into office if it was a blue bowl. The NDP has a bunch of children MPs. This is the state of our 'democracy'. The dumb being elected by the dumber. Hooray.

Pretty much spot on.

The larger the number of one party members, the more likely you'll have sock puppets like this non thinking robot.

The libs had them too, and more are sure to come.

Nothing from within the CPC goes forward without PMO approval. They are throwing a bone to the so-cons.

Nonsense. A man's ineptitude at handling money and debt is certainly a factor in considering his possible performance as prime minister.

Well ya ... and nobody can accuse Harper of managing money poorly, because

apparently

he has NONE ... nAda ... no investments whatsoEVer ...

So he can't be accused of for example making decisions about OIL industry matters just for instance that might benefit his eg personal stock portfolio, say, because imagine that ... he doesn't HAVE one at all he says ... reports officially ... a matter of public record ... a matter of public trust ... a matter of personal integrity ... the Prime Minister telling the truth(?) in sworn documents.

But his wife has LOTS of investments.

LOTS and lots.

And I wouldn't want to be in her shoes, making investment decisions about H's money ... a known control freak ... without his ... er ... advice.

Tell me Argus

... do you think Harper's making decisions to benefit his personal investment portfolio?

... do you think his wife is really making all the investment decisions?

... do you think Harper is lying about having NO personal investments?

... do you think Mulcair is lying about his mortgage?

Don't know about you but I'll forgive a messy truth,

but not a tidy lie.

You know one of these times when a reporter ask a Tory a question, the reporter may say,.....yeah we know about the 800,00 jobs and we know about the 21 Billion NDP carbon tax, and we know the opposition parties always vote against everything to bring in a bill, and we know about Canada's being the best economically in the G7 but PLEASE answer by question!! LOL, love to see that!

jacee, what about Pm Martin and his Multi Billion dollar shipping flotilla? That man hid more money then any PM of recent history. It was appalling that he was allowed to hide so much money in the Bahamas. He is a billionaire who wanted to rule the world. This is the people who are dangerous.

I feel that PM Harper is a good man and I also feel that Mulcair is also a good and nice man but I don't trust the Liberal man., too sneaky and scary. My friend said that the Liberal man did something called Ad scam. Stealing money from us to pay their millionaire friends while the disabled and poor suffer. Harper and Mulcair are friends of the poor and disabled.

Everyone who has assets has investments...

currency is an investment

who you bank with is an investment

what goods you buy is an investment...

So don't say he has no investments, because unless he is eating out of the soup kitchen and a practicing nudist he has investments.

To say he is pennyless and doesn't even own the clothes on his back seems unlikely.

Even words and actions are investments.

How much air he breaths, how he works out, or sleeps is an investment.. life is an investment.

An investment is the return of all endevour whether intentional or a byproduct of economic activities

Do you remember Trudeau saying that a Parliamentarian was a nobody once he was 300 yards (I guess he was into forcing people to use metric even though he did not) from Parliament Hill?

I consider myself very financially conservative and yet yesterday morning I just finished my fourth refinance in 20 years; just lowered my rate from 4.75% to 2.875%.
