Was said Cameraman talking about the Tories Bell Ringing Campaign?

http://www.torontosun.com/2012/10/24/premier-dalton-mcguinty-defends-prorogation-decision

“On 45 separate occasions, the opposition resorted to a trick, which is to stand up and ask for an adjournment of debate,” McGuinty said Wednesday in explaining part of his rationale for proroguing the House while the Liberal party searches for his replacement.

“That causes the bells to ring for a half-hour, so they killed 45 separate, one half-hour periods through this legislative trick.”

The Tories bell-ringing campaign, though, wrapped up with the end of the spring sitting in early June and hasn’t been used at all since MPPs came back for the fall sitting two weeks early on Aug. 27.

They weren't doing it in the Fall when McDalton decided to take his ball and go home. So Dalton is telling a bold face lie when he said the legislator was out of control.

So Duncan and Bentley are not only out of the leadership race but they also wont run in the next election.

So until at least February the province is being led by 3 people (Premier, Finance Minister and Energy Minister) who won't face the voters in the upcoming election.

Un-Effin-Real!!!!

I agree. What Dalton has done is in contempt of the people of Ontario.

Since he's not running again, we can't hold him accountable.

He shouldn't be doing our business.

He should be removed.

Hes currently working on behalf ofthe teachers Union in on-going negotiations.. With all legislation halted, he can still appease the Unions and NDP. Wonder why the Ontario NDP are silent? Because the Unions are being satisfied... ITs currently a struggle between the NDP and Liberals as to who can capture the Union Vote for the next election

The wage freeze legislation never had a hope of passing the house because the NDP thinks it's too extreme and the PCs don't think it's extreme enough. The Union support will likely go to the Dippers in the next election. I've heard that Sid Ryan said talks have broken down between Dalton and the Federation of Labour. (that's hearsay though)

Its a "who can throw more money at the Unions" right now.. No more "legislation" gives the Unions the upper hand.. Now they can blackmail 3 parties.. the Students, The parents AND whatever party wants to drop thier pants the fastest..

Simply sickening and how the left supports this is a shame
