I hate to break it to you, but I don't see the U.S. ceasing it's manufacturing or what have you because Canadian cities are on the wrong end of 'whichever way the wind blows' - or whatever is causing this to affect Windsor and not the areas that are just as close in the U.S. It's not as if Canada doesn't have industrial areas too. It's not the U.S. "being too loud," but some other factor making this a problem in Windsor.
