eyeball: have you ever seen this doc.

militainment

it is 2 hours long

http://video.google.ca/videoplay?docid=-2373519247173568764

worth a watch

gosthacked may like it also.

Can't view it from work here, but I am guessing it is the Hollywood/Military documentary. It shows how the Military will gladly loan equipment and personnell for a movie that depicts the military in good light, and also how the military either charges out the ass or does not get involved in the first place if the movie depicts the military in a bad light. There are close ties between Hollywood and the US Military.

We can also see how Hollywood 're-enacts' or 'recreates' or 'based on a true story' or whatever. The results of some research 20 years back should give us a good indication of this. We should do some research and find out how 'war' films were made over the past 20 years. How many got US Military support, and which did not, and what the end result in box office numbers are for those movies. Then we can compare box office numbers to awards for those said movies.

Right-Wing

There is no left or right wing. It is two arms of the same entity. Playing with each other while playing with the fooled that is the population. Let's you, and him fight. You are being played.

Divide and conquer even works for a government when they need to polarize anything. We are the ones being divided and conquered. We are the ones being pulled to the 'left' and the 'right'. We are the ones made fools by the whole process.

i think you are referring to a different documentary whose name escapes me at the moment........

aha!

Operation Hollywood - The Military Involvement With Movie Making

Militainment is different, it covers not just hollywood, but the news, propaganda such as Jessica Lynch and the pulling down of Saddam's statue, video gaming and much ,much more...............

No but I saw the trailers...the news...so to speak. My bullshit filter acted like 3D glasses which revealed a lot more than meets the eye.
