kuzadd Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19611.htm This is not China! Quote Insults are the ammunition of the unintelligent - do not use them. It is okay to criticize a policy, decision, action or comment. Such criticism is part of healthy debate. It is not okay to criticize a person's character or directly insult them, regardless of their position or actions. Derogatory terms such as "loser", "idiot", etc are not permitted unless the context clearly implies that it is not serious. Rule of thumb: Play the ball, not the person (i.e. tackle the argument, not the person making it).
Drea Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 But it's ok Kuzadd, while this video might show that it can be bad here it's not as bad as over there so it's okay. /sarcasm. Quote ...jealous much? Booga Booga! Hee Hee Hee

Certainly not, China has a manufacturing based economy - you know they actually make stuff!! (really though Kuzadd - are you suprised? New York police officers beating on protestors? Say it ain't so... ). I can hear the vibrations of the founding fathers spinning in their graves... if only we could harness that energy eh? eyeball Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19611.htmThis is not China! This is the ruled vs the rulers. No in otherwords I wish i could care about a badly editted one dimensional youtube video. From the images I did not see any infringement on the feedom of expression. M.Dancer Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 From this Youtube, the right to freedom of espression seems to be going swimmingly.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbCV123AI7s yet we hear.... Details of the confrontation were still unclear, but several police officers and protesters were injured and there was broken glass in the street. Police said they made several arrests. An organizer of the demonstration said the trouble started when some picketers began throwing rocks at the consulate. The clash was short-lived and hundreds of ethnic Tibetans continued to demonstrate peacefully following the face-off. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Tibetan...how/2869980.cms I think protesters who throw stones should be put in glass cages....after being pummeled of course Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
