The government is regulating content, there is nothing public about that, nor is there anything public about generating frequencies. The government can assign frequencies to avoid confusion, but that's as far as it goes, and because we have a totally inept government they have managed to completely bungle the handling of the UHF two way radio frequencies to the point of endangering peoples lives. So infact they aren't even able to do what their job should be. The whole damn works of them should be fired.

Self defense is natural right and government is no substitute for individual rights and freedoms. Government has no rights, except those that are given to it and they need to be well defined and limited by a proper constitution. No statement could be more wrong. The term neo conservative taken in proper context, is actually a red Tory. Often calling themselves fiscal conservatives as opposed to social conservative. What the left really mean when they use the term neo, are cultural conservatives and there is nothing new about that. Cultural conservative principals encompass both cultural and the economic side of conservatism. Where fiscal conservatism does not. Cultural conservatives are strict constitutionalists. Who know full well that limited government is only possible by adherence to a restrictive constitution that provides for limited government. Then I don't think you need to go any further. To suggest that a case should be made for stifling economic growth and prosperity is a fools mission, because there is no justification for it. As Regan said, government is not the solution, it is the problem. Tax burden is directly related to the size of government and government is far to big. The bigger it gets the more it consumes. Limited government is the way to go, with its powers measured by a restrictive constitution which limits its size.
