  1. That's the biggest lie of all. The truth is something different. The fact is there never was a Palestinian people or a Palestinian state. The majority of them are people kicked out of Jordan for causing trouble there who actually occupied Jewish land. http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=15066
  2. Wrong, you are insuring everyone else but yourself. The whole system is wrong and has to be changed.
  3. Thermopyle' date='Aug 2 2007, 01:32 PM' post='241528'] Actually we don't need Super Carriers. As far as I know we don't have any near nor distant plans to strike major inland targets. Our continued Naval role would be buisness as usual, sovereignty patrols and NATO obligations. For these roles Pocket Carriers would be ideal. I wouldn't necessarily disagree with that, but you need to have air support. The problem is, there is not a good and reliable vertical take off and landing fighter. That would have to be designed and built. By then it would be far cheaper to go with a bigger carrier. The US is starting to shy away from the new raptor which looked promising but has problems and is away over budget.
  4. If I we're running Israel I would make it very clear that for every attack on Israel, we will take a mile of your territory, move you out and you will never get it back.
  5. guyser' date='Aug 2 2007, 12:50 PM' post='241516'] No they haven't. They set the flawed system up. Where one can buy PL and PD then register a vehicle, get a plate and then turn around and cancel the insurance. The system invites fraud and abuse and they know it, and they know it is happening every day. Which is all you should have to buy or not buy . Only in a backwards system does one have to buy insurance that covers everyone but the guy who actually buys the insurance.
  6. Yes this country and its supporters certainly excel at mediocrity.
  7. It's only laughable if you are socialist. There is plenty of money. Just the money that is thrown down the Indian rat hole every year is more than sufficient, and there also are many of the people to do the job. Rather than getting something for nothing, it's long past time to produce something for what they get.
  8. What mistakes? I would agee there are mistakes but doubt we would agree what the mistakes are.
  9. Well this item has not been stolen. What's a government problem. Letting an uninsured driver on the road who causes an accident. A crime has been committed, should the government pay to replaces the vehicle?
  10. That's exactly what it is. Unless they plan on using such a force in this country, it's not of much use. Without your air force, what are you going to do once you get somewhere. What they really need are a couple of carrier groups and everything that goes with them.
  11. What's a government problem. Letting an uninsured driver on the road who causes an accident.
  12. No doubt. They should be coughing up the billion dollars a year to keep it going.
  13. I'll bet the list of contributors to Edwards campaign reads like a who's who of ambulance chasers. With their man in the white house the prospect of new laws to sue America out of business is endless. http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2...4019.shtml?s=po
  14. He never should have been there in the forst place because there was no case. They manufactured a case most likely hoping to get Cheney or Bush. When they realized they were going nowhere they manufactured a side show case to get Libby.
  15. Yeah the dems are proof of that, and Clinton didn't think it mattered when he was under oath. hey, at least he took the oath... i guess this situation is what chenney is thinking about. "gee clinton lied under oath and got fried, i'm not doing that, i just won't take the oath"! :-) No he's thinking about Libby.
  16. Yeah the dems are proof of that, and Clinton didn't think it mattered when he was under oath.
  17. I think people who can't adapt to our country's culture should find one more to their liking. Pakistan perhaps? Incompatible cultures will never adapt.
  18. Time I see to check on my Alcan stock...... As suspected C$ 102.560 Is that good or bad. I'm in equity markets and private real estate lending and don't follow individual stocks.
  19. The war of appeasement as far as the left are concerned. 911 and Iraq are as far as the left is concerned? ......???? Go check your stocks.
  20. It is a witch hunt, just as the Plame case was. Cheney is smart to tell them to shove it.
  21. name='M.Dancer' date='Aug 1 2007, 02:43 PM' post='241266'] The war of appeasement as far as the left are concerned. Good idea. As the old saying goes, feck, fight, hold the light, or get the hell out of the road.
  22. name='M.Dancer' date='Aug 1 2007, 01:58 PM' post='241252'] Mission accomplished but still ongoing. THE PRESIDENT: Good morning. American and coalition forces have begun a concerted campaign against the regime of Saddam Hussein. In this war, our coalition is broad, more than 40 countries from across the globe. Our cause is just, the security of the nations we serve and the peace of the world. And our mission is clear, to disarm Iraq of weapons of mass destruction, to end Saddam Hussein's support for terrorism, and to free the Iraqi people. There have been no 911's since in a war that's been going on for at 25 years in it's most recent times. Now we've entered the phase to end appeasement that began with the end of the crusades. If another 20 sees the end it would be excellent and is certainly within our power.
