You don't believe his arrest in 2004 for fraud against immigrants is real? May well of been but it has nothing to do with this subject. Should we compare the oil for palaces scam that the UN is still trying to sort out with kyoto.
-
There is no global warming out side of anything that is not historical. Nor is there any proof of man made global warming. The scam is that man is cauing global warming. There are plenty of scientists that disagree with man made global warming and offer up the reasons why. Those that claim global warming offer up compertor models that pedict the future but can't match the known historical records. You can make all the changes you want but it change a thing. In fact go out and some of those personal carbon credits so you'll feel better.

Canadian Media still whining about Kyoto

I don't see it that way. If you don't like the thread go to a different one. -
He's a complete scam artist. I don't think so. The scam is man made global warming and kyoto which originated with the socialist thieves at the UN.

Then perhaps you will delete yours.

EU leaders miffed at Harper's summit cancellation
B. Max replied to gerryhatrick's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Our trade interests do lay with the US. He should meet those that have the same interests we do, and not those who interests differ from what is our best interest. -
I don't know that I can take the word of Christopher Monckton who was arrested in 2004 for fraud. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2087-1291217,00.html Oh I know I can because it links the time line of everything we know so far and more including the phony computer models. Most important is the hockey stick that even the shills of the global warming scam now run from.

EU leaders miffed at Harper's summit cancellation

We have to be part of the EU for our PM to meet with european leaders? Do we have to be American for him to meet with Bush? our interests are with the states not the EU. -
Well I don't know about your first two for sure, but the one about Sharon is not true, most especially the one about Lebanon. I expect the others aren't either. Like I said you can't tell the good guys from the bad. By the looks of it, you think the communists and Islamic terrorists are the good guys.

Yeah and kyoto is one that should be both. -
Sounds like you need a program. Your having a problem telling the good guys from the bad.

Actually I think far to many are even dumber than he thinks.

Alberta is indeed connected to both B.C. and Saskatchewan. The lines are limited to how much voltage they can send out or receive. This is why a national power grid goes a long way to securing power needs for every province through drought, shut downs or when they have an excess to share during heat waves or cold waves. That's what the international power grid is for. -
Ok, that decision would be the end of the CPC in Alberta. I don't think they are bold enough to test a special tax on the oilsands. It'd likely win them Quebec. Can they get 28 seats from there? I don't see that being an end to them in Alberta but rather the only way they are going to save their asses in Alberta.
-
I think they are going to be forced into reversing themselves to what existed, but not extending it to the oilsands that doesn't have any problem raising investment. Their only way out as I see it is to target the trusts to what they were originally intended for. No matter what, they've opened up a real can of worms.

Alberta could have used extra power if it had been available during shutdowns. And an east-west power grid helps Alberta even more because it can supply B.C. and Saskatchewan when they go through their own low points. I think we are connected to BC but I might wrong. They have been planning a new grid connection to the US but I don't think what will happen. I was reading somewhere the other day Texas has just approved something like eight teen new plants. -
Indian Affairs Minister Opposes Smoking Ban
B. Max replied to jdobbin's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
In the end this all comes down the loss of business from the smoking bans. The city of Edmonton tried to make the new casino at Enoch go non smoking before they would let them hook onto city water because the city casino's were up arms. The last I heard Enoch said they would have both smoking and non smoking. As far as I know Edmonton is the only place in the province that bans smoking everywhere. -
They're just saying on the news now that he will likely be put on trial again for the killing of a hundred eighty thousand some Kurds. What are they going to do hang him twice.

Alberta is a net exporter of power. The shortages came about when to many plants came up for shut down maintenance at the same time, and around the same time new plants were about to on stream. Alberta has no problem with power. Now sask. is going with more coal plants. Ont. actually has a huge problem. http://www.canada.com/reginaleaderpost/new...fb-01be9140ca5e -

Actually they are showing you how adding another additional 80 years changes the perspective of the graph, which it does, and they are showing you where they got the extra 80 years. Also interesting to note is that the two graphs are anchored at different points. That you will have to ask junck science. What false data you are talking about I don't know. Water vapor is the major green house gas. Why should it not be included. Most likely the data came from here.http://www.co2science.org/scripts/CO2ScienceB2C/data/ushcn/ushcn_des.jsp It is if it has been used for the wrong purposes. I don't know if it has or has not. For some reason it got the attention of junk science. No matter, the man made global warming theory is, and has been based on compurter models, not on actual historical temp. records. Compurter models that don't match the know records when they are made to pedict future temperature increases with c02 as the driver for those increases. -

If Dems take House & Senate
B. Max replied to Ladyjen's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Frankly, I think would pretty dumb for Americans to vote based on who a few terrorists like or don't like. Americans should be voting for what in their best interest and if their best interest happens to be something that a few terrorists like as well then so be it. You must think Americans are stupid if you think they would be persuaded by an argument that says: "you can't vote for the party that will fix the mess that Bush created because it might make some terrorists happy". No I think Americans have been fed a line of nonsense from the left wing media which has been em-bolding the terrorists. Putting the dems in charge of the house will embolden them even further. The reason they want the republicans out is because they have taking the fight to the terrorists and inflicting severe losses to their world wide command and control structure of terrorism and that is in the interest of all of us. -

There was no attacks under Clinton's watch. The terrorists only attack under Republican watch it seems. Actually there was. The USS Cole and the two African embassy's. Still, 911 would have been planned on Clinton's watch.
