Interesting comment. So... If the CPC or Liberals win a minority and there are more Opposition MP's elected to the House once again, and they don't have confidence, where is the issue with that? How will that usurp the will of the voters? Do you actually know how our system works or are you just in lock step or blinded by the spin that the CPC is attempting (again...)?

How is it pointless? During day to day business as usual most people wouldn't care about this sort of thing. During a campaign, if it is mentioned, people tend to pay attention and ask why.

Any interviews that I have seen, including McGuinty this morning, show an opposition that intends to take the high road and attack policy as opposed to personalizing the fight. My guess is that will resonate with the electorate and we'll see a vastly different set of numbers by the end of next week. If the "Harper Government" thinks this will be a cake walk... well...

Yes. Milliken has done an extraordinary job as Speaker and has never shown an iota of bias. For you to accuse him of bias is gutter scraping. But again, gutter scraping is what the CPC does best.

He can't. Neither can Harper if he were to find himself in Opposition in a Minority Gov't. It's the way our system works. The problem with it is that to the uniformed it seems like something dirty. As I said, if thats all the CPC has, go for it.. You have to run what you brung.

August, per the "secret agenda", funny how after all this time and seeing him in action, the electorate still hasn't seen fit to give the CPC a majority, and that even with the weakest leader in the history of their main rival. There just might be something to not trusting the man. He hasn't exactly shown how trust worthy he is.

It's unbelievable how many times we have heard the coalition word so far, and the electionering hasn't even really started. I imagine we'll all be pretty tired of hearing it soon.
