I really do I miss Reagan.. and I am not ashamed of it. That mans administration has done more harm to this world than I care to even contemplate. You can't possibly disagree with that can you?

I thought it was great. It showed Bush as the unthinking buffoon that he is, if he had said "It's gonna be hard work" one more time.... He speaks only in sound bites that his handlers come up with, completely incapable of free thought...... By contrast, it showed Sen. Kerry as a real statesman that would lead the US with courage, resolve and a conscience. I can only hope that the US population saw it that way as well.

Why be embarrased for me? I just now realize where your misplaced Conservative ideals originate from. After Kleins outburst against an imaginary plot in Ottawa to get Albertas oil revenues I suppose you will all want to seperate as well... Albertans like you are intolerant and that fits in well with George W's and Bill O'Reillys fans. My point was that your local and your attitudes fit with where you are from. and if this site is hosted in Alberta, thats great.

You want to know whats even funnier? I asked I Miss Reagan where in Alberta he was from as a bit of a joke, and guess where he is actuially from... No surprise to me, with hi s Pro American and especially PRO Conservative views... Thanks God the the 'NEW' Conservatives (read Right Wing Whacko Alliance) party didn't win the last election! Me thinks you may be a trifle confused... These were Communist governments... Not Democracies. Left wing doesn't mean Communist, nor does Liberal... In fact it is as close to Communism as Conservatism is to facism... ?

Lets not forget that all the top players in the US administration (including Powell) have oil interests... its all about the oil. And I agree with MS, the war has only served to destabilize an already dodgy area.

I wonder if there wasn't a) an ill advised invasion or b)profiteering going on wether all the people who have been taken hostage and murdered would be dead? Perhaps if you had stuck to Afghanistan you wouldn't be in this mess... and before you say about Canadians too being killed in Iraq I will point out that most of the people that were killed were working for defence contractors ( legitamite targets in war I wonder?) and the lone Canadian killed was an Aide worker innocently killed in a car bomb explosion...

Thanks for obliging me ( I just joined) I can only assume that you have had to defend this assinine decision countless times. Let me deconstruct your points if I may. The World did not believe that Iraq had WMD, even after Powell tried to convince us, some countries bought in most didn't, have you ever seen the list of countries in the so called 'Coallition of the Willing" ? I'd very much like to disagree with the notion that you infere that other countries, specifically Germany, Russia and France dealt illegally with them... lets see some proof, I can only imagine what you may have... By the way, did the US not originally deal with the Taliban and arm and train them? Russia is dealing with Checnyan Muslims that should be left alone to govern themselves ( and no I am not defending them) just like the other former Soviet countries, perhaps the policies there, in Israel and in Iraq dictate the kind of response that these people feel is appropriate??

Good for you April... We can only hope others that were registered Republicans struggle out of their blinders as well! Just make sure you don't find yourself off the voters list.... I miss Regan... you got to be kidding.. How do you swallow all the Horse do do that the Republicans are feeding you? Which of the multiple reasons for invading Iraq do you support? and What does invading Iraq have to do with the war on Terrorism?

Now this is some great comment... I just joined this group and its nice to see the way this post reads... The last thing this world needs is another 4 years of Bush/Cheney.. God help us if they steal this one too!
