I don't how many people were listening to the news a couple of weeks ago about McGuinty's new plan. He wants to have a green audit done on every house that is up for sale. It will cost you $300. Everything that is found "not green" you have to fix it before you sell it. This will put the sellers cost up so you have to charge more and the buyer has to pay more. Where is there any logical sense in this? (eg.) If the buyer buys a house and he wants new windows. he wants to pick them out not some cheapies that the seller had put in. McGuinty's spokesman said he is putting off this job until later. He must think he is actually going to win the election in October.
