Pipelines travel thru communities ,in case you did not know. And those communities will bennifit from that pipeline going thru. We just had our meetings with trans canada, over one of the lines near me, to switch it over to oil, and nobody has any problem with it, even the natives groups around here are on board..

Talk about nitpicking. So waldo any experince with pipelines, since you seem to know it all?? Pipelines are great for a local economy, I know I live 5 miles from one and never had a problem with the pipeline. But yet what it did for the local economy can't not flick off by the anti-everything group. And harper is right it will be built, to many americans are all for it, both dem and repub, it is just the anti-everything crowd that is doing all the BS. It also helps to get local kids off the couch and learn something that will actually help them in the future.

I run a business where I hire young people, and no they are not prepared. We must get back to the basics of learning to read, write and add, which these kids can barely do .Time for teachers to start thinking about the kids again ,instead of just fighting governments.

This government which is not perfect but it is one of the cleanest ones we have had in a very long time.

Funny how other PM's did it and nothing said , but since it is harper ,everybody is in a uproar. This double standard thing is getting quite sickening. Harper does not even hold the record for doing it. Alot was at stake when harper did it, dalton on the other hand did it because he ran the most corrupted and arrogant government in the history of canada. And yet this senate scandal is what 2-3 million when all said and done and it gets 10X the press then dalton throwing away about 8 billion, I will repeat that 8 BILLION.
