    Bombing is not over rated if used correctly. With ground troops it works, Without ,it can only slow up the enemy. And if bombing was used correctly in Vietnam, it would have made a huge difference .

    Well he just announced that the jets are coming home with their tails between their legs and we just thru another billion away. I have never been so embarrassed as I am now, just what do the airmen and airwomen think ,or the whole military. Just think the liberals here used to say that harper ruin our relations with our allies, what a crock that was. Trudeau is pissing off our allies and wants to cozy up to Iran, and any other dictator he can find.

    Trudeau should have shown some leadership and said we will do what it takes to get energy east going, instead it seems he does not want it. And this election promised to consult , is a game killer. Start building pipelines and ratify TPP. Consulting means we will let you have your say and we will do what we want or a just a excuse to get out of it. No leadership skills what so ever.

    Is it harpers fault or the PS? Is the PS incompetent, that they could not get it out the door. It seems once a policy or project was given to the PS ,they screwed it up. It is the unelected people(ps) that actually do the work is it not? So if something does not happen or is done wrong, that would be the public service would it not? Or was there a little sabotage going on to make the gov look bad?

    I had read the lady put in charge of the new ONT plan is being paid 525Gs. That is more then the premier and PM make.

    The bombing has slowed ISIS big time, god knows where they could be today without it. Bombing with no boots on the ground is not the greatest but since the kurds are on the ground it is helping. Look at Gitmo and how everyone screamed bloody murder over the treatment of a few prisoners, but yet those prisoners are still alive, where Obama does not take prisoners and just kills them. But yet the intelligence community would love to have some prisoners to interrogate.

    And we will call him whatever we want and if you don't like it to bad, It is still a free country. But I think it is time for trudeau to stay home and get to work. Like the last PM we had ,he worked all the time, he did not travel around getting selfies .

    So after all these talks and the natives say no. What then? Does trudeau say we will not do it because the natives will be pissed or will show leadership and say we are going ahead with it no matter what? And for people that say harper put all our eggs in the oil basket tells me they don't understand what has been paying the bills . With the low dollar our manufacturing should be taking off, except we don't have the manufacturing base like we did anymore, especially in ONT where the liberals ran 300,000 jobs out of the province.

    Because the enviros have been bought off by our competitors. The enviros think they are on to something to save the planet but far from it. We are cutting our own throats while everyone else is making money. And after watching McKenna and Carr last nite, IMO pipelines are dead. Or they are lying thru their teeth and once everybody has they say, they will still go ahead with it. Come on, after all there consultation, the enviros and natives will still say no, then what?

    As trump would say, we are being to nice. Time for people to stand up and fight for their homelands instead of just moving from country to country, expecting them to bend over back wards for them. All this was, was a election ploy and yes it is backfiring on them big time. HARPER WAS RIGHT.

    So did our defence minister get caught in a lie? On the news last nite he said the government did not go to the meeting last year either. But the americans said this was a one time meeting between coalition partners and they did not have a meeting last yr.
