  1. Does Liberal Paul Martin intend to use the Not Withstanding Clause to over ride the Sacred Charter. There is no other way he can impose Reverse Onus for those seeking bail. Another secret Agenda of the Liberals? Come clean Paul.
  2. This is why Alberta will leave Canada if we decide to go, to this list you can add, that Albertans do not have an equal vote. The deck is stacked electorally. PEI, has 130,000 people and gets 4 MP's. Alberta has 3,000,000 people and gets 28 MP's by Canada Math we should get about 90 MP's. Nova Scotia has 900,000 people and gets 10 Senators. Alberta has 3,000,000 people and gets 6 Senators. Even if Quebec's population dropped to 100,000 they would still get 75 MP's. This is a crooked system. Add in the fact that by 2010 it will cost each Alberta family of 4 an additional 20,000 dollars a year over and above any other Canadian family to call themselves Canadian. Just not worth it, that is a new pickup for one of us rednecks every 3 years. In Canada today you have a system were all power and right has been usurped by one man elected by only 30,000 votes, the Premier or Prime Minister of Canada. This one man appoints 50% of the government the Senate and they are all his faithful sychophants. He appoints the all powerful and secretive Star Chamber the Privy Council. They issue Orders in Council that become law beofre the ink is dry, and cannot be reviewed by the Commons or Senate. This one man appoints all judges both high and low accross the whole of the land, and they are Liberal and pay their due and allegiance to their master. This one man suffers the Head of the RCMP, the corrupt National Paramilitary Police Force to serve at his pleasure, unnacountable to no-one but the Premier at Ottawa. This one man appoints his Official Head of State for the 30,000,000 inhabitants and wage slaves of Canada. Canadians being too immature and incompitant to take part in a democratic selection. This man elected by 30,000 votes appoints the Heads of State of all the Sovereign Provinces. He appoints his friends and flakes and flunkies to administer and enjoy the perks of hundreds of Crown Corporations. This same man, in this case the Leader of the Liberal Party controls all aspects of our lives. The Liberal Party of Canada selected the Canadian Flag for you by Liberal committee, Canadians stood mute, the Liberal Party of Canada under Trudeau, the Commie Ass Kisser had Jean Chretien cobble up the Constitution of Canada for all of us, and at no time ever was any adult man or woman taxpayer ever allowed to vote for or against any Constitutional Document in the whole hiostory of Canada. No boys in and girls there is only one solution for us to obtain our Rights as Free Men and Women in Canada, and that is for Alberta to begin the process of dismantling the Kleptocracy and starting all over again. Were the Free Men and Women limit the Rights and Duties of Government. And were our Individual Rights always trump the rights of those who serve us. Canada is in noway a Democracy it is Rule by Imperial Decree.
  3. How much money should the taxpayer have to cough up for immigrant's and refugee's. In 2002 by government stats we paid 22,000,000,000.00 to settle and assist immigrants. That is more than we pay for all of the Native programs combined. Maybe it is time to scale back immigration. Maybe immigrants should have to pay for healthcare for the first 10 years, until they have contibuted to the system. Maybe all extended class immigration should be cut off, completely? Immigration is not a right, it is a priveledge.
  4. Ultimate Sin what you said is not true. I am an Albertan and anyone who canot afford the Healthcare Premium gets it free, you even get a free phone call to set up the free healthcare. It is also prorated all the way up to the full premium. Try again the free number is 310-0000 ask for Alberta Health and Wellness, and tell them your plight. You will get it free courtesy of the Alberta taxpayer.
  5. Latest criminal probe may be Liberals' last stand By Ezra Levant The RCMP investigation into Finance Minister Ralph Goodale and his office is surely not surprising -- it is the 33rd criminal investigation targeting the Liberal government in the last three years. If anything, the surprise is the RCMP acted before the election -- increasingly, that venerable police force has become politicized itself. The nightly tracking polls showed public opinion jumped at the news. According to pollster SES, the Liberals lost 3% overnight and the Conservatives picked up 2%. Who has the secret agenda now. Theft Theft Theft
  6. Amazing how biased Canada's media has become.--This post that appears on the party website really hits the mark. _____________________________________________________________ Idle talk won't save lives 30 December 2005 Publication: National Post Page: A18 Byline: Stephen Harper The Boxing Day shooting tragedy in Toronto has shocked and saddened us all. As a father, I cannot imagine a worse nightmare. As one raised in Toronto, I see a different city than the one in which I grew up. The brutal end to a promising young life should be a wake-up call to all in positions of authority: a call to crack down on gun crime and gang violence. For years, Canadians have been urging their governments to get tough on crime. The time is long overdue for their leaders to respond. While this incident alone should be enough to prompt action, the sad reality is that it continues a pattern. The number of gun murders in Toronto has virtually doubled in the space of one year. Across the country in 2004 we experienced a 12% increase in homicides. Canadians know that the growing violence and the proliferation of gangs, guns and drugs that accompany it are directly attributable to years of government lassitude and neglect. Failure to enforce drug laws (and high-profile attempts to weaken them), a revolving door parole policy, and a myopic fixation on registration of farmers' shotguns instead of penalties for gun crime, have all taken their toll. The federal government has left 1059 RCMP positions unfilled, it disbanded the Ports Canada Police that once patrolled and protected against gun smuggling, and it has no idea how many illegal guns are present in Canada. Cabinet ministers take pride in legislation that allows conditional sentences (basically, house arrest) to replace incarceration -- even for serious crimes involving violence, weapons and drugs. The law governing young offenders is weak and disrespected. Is it any surprise that these woolly headed policies have exacerbated the problems of gang, gun and drug crime? This is the current government's record. Little wonder that the federal government wants to turn the recent shootings into an abstract discussion of rights and values. Gang violence is not in the Charter of Rights. Gun crime is not a Canadian value. Equally shameful have been politicians' attempts to explain away what happened. Some have implied that perhaps the shooters themselves were victims of exclusion from society. Law-abiding citizens were outraged by such blithe rhetoric. When a young girl is killed and other innocent bystanders are injured while they shop, it is no time for idle talk about social theories. It is simplistic and naive to rationalize that young people turn to gangs, drug trade and gun crime because they feel excluded from society. More to the point, it is irresponsible for any leader to make excuses for gang violence. There is no making sense of senseless violence. There is no point trying to understand a criminal act for which there is no excuse. If feel-good sentiment were the easy antidote to gun crime, then there should be fewer shootings than a generation ago. If government hand-outs were a quick fix, then gang violence should be disappearing rather than rising. The law must impose mandatory prison sentences for weapons offences, violent crimes and drug trafficking offences. We must end conditional sentences (house arrest) for weapon offences and other serious crimes. The law governing young offenders must be strengthened to require that violent or serious repeat offenders 14 years of age or older be tried in adult court. Further, statutory release, the law entitling prisoners to parole after serving two-thirds of their sentence, must be replaced with earned parole. We must grant customs officers, who serve on the front lines of the fight against gun smuggling, full resources to execute powers of arrest. We must also re-establish the Ports Canada Police and allow them to renew the fight against gun smuggling. In addition to getting tough on crime, we must focus on prevention. This includes investing in Canadian youth, ensuring the presence of real opportunity, and offering positive role models. Federal, provincial and municipal governments must co-operate with one another and with police and community leaders to support programs that help young people to recognize the dangers of violence in their schools and community. Prevention is only effective, however, if it includes deterrence and strong law enforcement. The Boxing Day tragedy should serve as a wake-up call. We need to spend less time trying to rationalize gang violence, and more time trying to stop it. Stephen Harper is leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.
  7. I think it says something about the morals and intelligence of anyone who would vote Liberal after all the racial slurs, attacks against the disabled, corruption and theft by Liberals and the rewarding of friends from the public purse. If you know all those facts and still vote Liberal, yah you have a problem in my opinion, both intellectually and morally.
  8. Yah I think I will vote for the average common guy, who stands in line for healthcare like the rest of us, and he also pays taxes in Canada. And he is not the leader of a known criminal organization known as the Liberal Party of Canada. Better a common man who is honest and geeky than a known thief and crook. Vote for Stephen Harper vote for honesty.
  9. Thelonious all Canadians have the Right to self defense. Just make sure it is self defense. In Alberta case law, an inmate in maximum security, used a concealed weapon and a preemptive strike to kill his tormentor, this case went to the SCC in 04, was little reported on by the MSM and the SCC dismissed all charges. And stated that he had the right to preserve his own life. So don't listen to cops who are merely union driven law enforcement always protect your own life and your families. By any means available and always demand trial by jury.
  10. www.lostbudgie.blogspot.com---Toronto Gang Turf War Murders: Paul Martin Apologizes to Gang Members The Toronto Yonge Street Gang Massacre produced many quotes from Canada's political leadership, but none was more telling than the knee-jerk reaction of Prime Minister Paul Martin as recounted in The Toronto Star. Our Dear Leader (or is that "Great Leader"?) Prime Minister Paul Martin begged forgiveness from the gang members who murdered 15 year-old Jane Creba. It's not their fault. It's OUR fault, and by extension, the fault of Jane's parents who are not an oppressed minority and are therefore part of the problem... "I think, more than anything else, (the shootings) demonstrate what are, in fact, the consequences of exclusion." Prime Minister Paul Martin Those poor misunderstood and excluded gang members. Poor babies! Please forgive us for excluding them from... what? School? Welfare? Not giving them a stockbroker job on Bay Street when they never bothered to learn to read? If Paul Martin wants to ask the gang members to forgive us, here's a suggestion... Dear Murdering Gang Members, Please forgive us for making unwed motherhood a financially viable and socially acceptable career choice - for paying generations of illiterate, unmarried seventeen-year-old sluts and their fatherless boyfriends to produce yet more illiterate, unmarried seventeen-year-old sluts and their fatherless boyfriends. Please forgive us for not hiring you in entry-level food service jobs because you can't fill out the application, make change or report for work on time without smelling of marihuana. Yes, we understand that ganga is part of your religious and cultural tradition. We are trying adapt our society to your needs, but are not always successful. Please forgive us for not understanding that murder and violent turf wars are just a normal part of the business of street drugs. Please forgive us for not understanding that you have made a choice to earn your living as violent criminal gang members because legitimate work doesn't pay nearly as well, and we have virtually eliminated the negative consequences of choosing a criminal lifestyle. Yours truly, Paul Martin Prime Minister of Canada Owner of Offshore Corporations Paying No Canadian Taxes
  11. What does this say about the intelligence of Canadians? What does this say about the intelligence of Torontonians or the morals of those who still support the Liberals.--Liberals get it all wrong and still top the polls Go figure: The Liberal performance throughout the campaign has been lacking focus, substance, ideas or even basic dignity. Article Tools Printer friendly E-mail Font: * * * * The Province Published: Sunday, January 01, 2006 If the daily election polling has been accurate, then it looks like the Liberal Party of Canada has a darn good shot at winning another minority government. How bizarre is that? For the past month, the Liberals have seemingly gone out of their way to lose votes. Add to the glut of gaffes that this election was forced as a result of Liberal corruption and a reasonable assumption might be that the governing party would be wiped right off the electoral map. Yet, there the Liberals sit atop poll after poll after poll. Consider these events: Scott Reid, a senior adviser to Prime Minister Paul Martin, insults hard-working Canadian parents by suggesting that they would squander money given to them for daycare on "popcorn and beer." Mike Klander, a senior Liberal organizer in Ontario, quits the party executive after posting on his blog pictures of Asian-Canadian NDP candidate Olivia Chow and a Chinese chow dog under the deplorable caption "Separated at birth." He also described Chow's husband, NDP leader Jack Layton, as an "asshole." Then Liberal Industry Minister David Emerson is forced to defend his observation that Jack Layton wears a smile like a "boiled dog's-head." In the televised debates, Paul Martin says he will fight Bloc leader Gilles Duceppe on every corner and in every lane of Quebec; yet when Duceppe challenges Martin to a one-on-one debate in Quebec, the PM declines. Martin argues to Canadians that his party is the only one that will slay the sovereignist dragon, conveniently forgetting that it was his party that gave the dragon its big teeth and fiery breath. Martin brandishes the meaningless pledge to ban handguns in Canada; the only tangible result of this was a sudden upsurge in handgun sales. In an unprecedented act during an election campaign, the RCMP have launched a criminal investigation of the federal finance ministry. Martin is forced to spend his holiday break defending Finance Minister Ralph Goodale against allegations his department leaked notice of the government's income-trust plans. The Liberal performance throughout this campaign has been lacking focus, substance, ideas or even basic dignity. In comparison, the NDP and, in particular, the Conservatives under Stephen Harper, have run flawless, textbook campaigns. Yet, the Liberals lead in the polls. How bizarre is that? © The Vancouver Province 2006
  12. Since Trudeau ascended the Throne in Ottawa, and began centralizing all power into Ottawa contrary to the Constitution, Quebec Separtism has grown by leaps and bounds. The Liberals seem to feed the fires of Separatism whether in Quebec or Alberta.
  13. A better question would be how come all of the Liberal policies since Trudeau created Separatism in Quebec. How come 700B taxdollars spent on bi-lingualism gave us a Province that is Unilingual French and Separatist. Why did Adscam dollars increase the thirst for Separatism in Quebec and fatten the wallets of Liberals in Quebec? These are more worthwhile questions. Liberalism=Quebec Separatism.
  14. The dead don't sue. Always fire the warning shot into the floor after you dispatch your assailent. And always demand trial by a jury of your peers.
  15. The fact is if the so called government cannot protect the law abiding citizens then it will be up to the citizenry to protect themselves. Better to be tried by 12 and true than packed out by 6. The law of the jungle will decend upon Toronto.
  16. Paul Martin the Chieftan of the Liberal Organized Crime Syndicate will shortly be fighting for his life. He will go to the mattresses like the old Mafia Don's. When will the shiv seek his back. My how the mighty are scrambling.--Saturday, December 31. www.bourque.com TO BE OR WANT TO BE, THAT IS THE QUESTION Some are elected, or were, some are not, may never be. All aspire to lead Canada's so-called natural governing entity, the Liberal Party of Canada. Indeed, Bourque has learned from a variety of sources over the past 48 hours that devisive Liberal alliances are forming throughout the country as Pretenders to the Throne await a dubious election outcome and the rapid fall of Paul Martin's stewardship of the party, should he fail to gain a majority government in this, his second and final kick at the can. To wit, the names of Bevilacqua, Cauchon, McKenna, Manley, Volpe, Brison, Dryden, even, let it be said, ex-Tory Stronach and the American-dipped Ignatieff, among other lesser mortals, all networking their contacts and cobbling standby underground leadership teams ready to activate in the coming weeks, or not, depending on how the stars align for each aspirant. All are sounding out various Liberal rainmakers, regional chieftains, leftover used-to-bes, and ambitious soon-to-bes. Many will be called, some will be chosen, others will be humoured. But the insurmountable evidence now clearly points to a devastatingly fractured Liberal Party, one held together more by a tenuous vernacular than by a robust idealism and altruism that would otherwise stimulate a lethargic political body hungering for vision and leadership. *** Friday, December 30 TEAM MARTIN ON THE ROPES Call it Paul Martin's "Unlucky 13". Bourque has learned that the consistent bombshell reports about negative Liberal Party doings (the dog doo-doo's, the popcorn, the RCMP criminal investigations, etc), most of which are consistenly first reported to the nation on this website, is having a devastating impact on Paul Martin's Liberal Party, both in terms of insider morale and in current polling standings. Senior Paul Martin Liberals, the usual suspects, are now second-guessing their overall election campaign tactics and are also second-guessing each other, a tragic and stunning turn of events for a majestic party that has held government for most of the past 13 years. According to insiders well-placed to understand the nuances within Martin's braintrust, Bourque has also learned that key campaign personnel are at risk of being replaced in an increasingly desperate attempt to maintain control of the public agenda, and more importantly, the key messaging that is driving this election, something that has eluded Team Martin since Day One of this election. Now, according to SES, "The announcement of a RCMP criminal investigation of a possible tax leak from Finance Minister Ralph Goodale's office has initially had an impact on the political environment. CPAC-SES tracking has the Liberals and the Conservatives statistically tied for the first time in the campaign. Nationally, the Liberals have 35%, the Conservatives 34%, the NDP 14%, the BQ 13% and the Green Party 5%. Overnight, the CPAC-SES one day measure on trust and vision for Canada has realised a noticeable drop for Paul Martin." ***
  17. The Liberal philosophy is not working that should be evident to even the most left wing citizen. Let a life sentence mean exactly that you will stay in jail for murder until you die. Forget the legal illegal gun, if any weapon is used in the commission of any crime you will recieve 10 years in jail just for having a weapon. And no plea bargains allowed. The crime is extra jail time. If you are an immigrant committing any crime you will be deported immediately, no Charter rights allowed. If you return you will get 10 years in jail and be deported again, if you return again you will get 20 years in jail. Take all the funds from the phony gun control laws and put it into prison's and law enforcement. Dismantle all taxpayer funded housing complexes except for those who are disabled or infirm or of old age. No more breeding grounds for crime like in Toronto. Scrap the bi-lingual program and use the funds wasted there to lock up these criminals for ever. Some 700B taxdollars have been wasted on bi-lingualism and the result has been a unilingual separatist province. Face the truth and start cutting useless programs and use the scarce taxdollars to deal with the necessities. If this is allowed to continue Toronto will look like downtown Detroit within 10 years a rusted out battlezone.
  18. You can say what you want about Harper, but one thing for sure, he is not rich, he is not connected, and he is not a thief who has been helping himself to millions in taxdollars either. Martin as finance minister raised taxes further and faster than any Finance Minister in the history of Canada. The Liberals are old tired crooks and thieves it is time they go down. We as taxpayers need to clean house completely. Sooner an honest man at the helm who will make mistakes than a known crook and liar and thief. Paul Martin doesn't even pay taxes in Canada, or fly the Canadian Flag on his ships he isn't a Canadian, he is just a greedy Liberal.
  19. Are you an immigrant from the failed 50Plus forums, that is the childish way they carried on until the forums were shut down. The author of the piece is in the first lines. Grow up. Or was it just the fact that the Liberals have been stealing taxdollars again and they have been caught at their usual act lately, hand in the till.
  20. If Martin was so against Universal Public Healthcare why has he done nothing about all the Private for profit healthcare clinics in Quebec? Why does he personally use Private for Profit Clinics himself? Yes I know he is a rich man and can afford that, and that is ok, just don't wrap yourself in the flag and Pretend that you are for Universal Public healthcare when privately you do the opposite. Hypocrite Liberal that is what Martin is portraying.
  21. The average taxpayer in Canada now pays more in taxes than they do for food, shelter, clothing and transportation. But the Liberals just keep up the theft and the gouging.----Sat, December 10, 2005 Never-ending EI scam By TOM BRODBECK The federal government has quietly increased its massive employment insurance surplus again this year, according to Auditor General Sheila Fraser. Ottawa continues to over-charge workers and employers for EI premiums, something they've been doing every year for the past decade. This year, the surplus has grown by another $2 billion -- despite Liberal government promises they were going to stop overcharging us -- according to the auditor general's November report. "The accumulated surplus in the account increased by an additional $2 billion in 2004-05 to reach $48 billion by the end of March 2005," the report says. Ottawa has been charging us billions more per year than they're paying out in EI benefits, providing them with a tidy profit to spend on whatever hare-brained, flavour-of-the-month boondoggle they dream up. They keep track of the accumulated surpluses for accounting purposes. But the money's not sitting in an account somewhere. It's spent. They use it to help pay for the PM's new jets, the gun registry and the sponsorship program, among other important expenditures. And they have no plans to pay the money back. The surplus keeps growing, and they just keep gouging us.
  22. Paul subscribes to Dr, Goebels ideas. Tell a big enough lie, tell it often, and the dupes will believe it.--That means we have to reduce our emissions to 560 megatonnes. The feds claim that their plan could reduce emissions by 270 megatonnes annually by 2012. Martin claimed last Wednesday that "we're going to hit our Kyoto targets." But consider these numbers from Environment Canada. In 2002, Canada's entire manufacturing sector spewed out 62.9 megatonnes. Then comes the transportation sector, which includes all those planes, trains and automobiles, pipelines and Paul Martin's tax-exempt Canada Steamship Lines freighters. Ground, park and dock them all and we would remove 190 mt of GHGs. Combine those two sectors -- manufacturing and transportation -- and that adds up to 252.9 megatonnes, leaving us short by 17.1 megatonnes. The only way Canada can meet its Kyoto target is by either shutting down our economy or buying carbon credits from places like Russia, that only met its targets because they weren't very ambitious to begin with. Then, with the fall of the iron curtain and the dismantling of the former Soviet Union, all of those highly polluting and inefficient factories and plants were shut down. In other words, the corrupt Liberal government plans to send billions of your hard-earned money to a government even more corrupt than our own. With this plan Canada's commitment to Kyoto is heads I lose, tails I lose. It will, of course, be spun the other way around. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Have a letter for the editor? E-mail it to [email protected]
  23. This is good. Probably the CBC and the MSM are doing the same thing. http://www.ndp.ca/page/2121
  24. Martin is a blowhard and is lying again. Instead of cleaning up the Liberal record on greenhouse gas and the Kyoto Scam he has lead us all down the garden path again. By his windbagging about Bush and the US he lead people away from his own and Canada's record on Green house gas emmissions. Appalling Liberals lies and deceit as usual. In order for him to meet the committments he has forced on Canadian taxpayers, he would have to shut down all air flights, private transport and home heating in Canada as well as all industry. Only a moron would believe or vote for this man.-----Calgary Sun- Yesterday Prime Minister Paul Martin gave an impassioned speech at the conference, arriving as he did, on one of the least fuel-efficient planes in service -- a Boeing 727. In his speech, Martin lambasted the U.S. and other countries that refused to sign on to the Kyoto Protocol to reduce CO2 emissions, which are not a pollutant. "There are nations that resist, voices that attempt to diminish the urgency or dismiss the science," said Martin. Meanwhile, since signing Kyoto, Canadian greenhouse gas emissions have shot up 24% over 1990 levels -- which is 30% above our Kyoto target. Canada is ranked 35th out of 40 countries in a recent UN report of Kyoto signatories. The big bad Americans have only increased greenhouse gas emissions by 13% from 1990 levels. Basically, Canada's position on global warming has been nothing more than hot air. Have a nice walk home, delegates!
