The federal government said it donated a contract for ten million doses of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine earlier this year after getting a clear sign from provinces that they weren’t interested in the vaccine.

If the provinces didn't want them why should the feds keep them?   

Anything to suppress demand for labour, increase demand for housing and mix in some policies that increase energy prices.  That’ll make Canada more prosperous!

Funnily, Starbucks is one place where I see very few TFW's, at least in my part of the world. They sure have closed a ton of locations though. There are very few anymore that don't have drive throughs. I don't know how many times I have gone to a Tims or Starbucks and the line at the drive through is a mile long but I go inside, walk right up to the counter and get what I want in five minutes because there is no one inside.

I think they’re honestly disappointed in Ontario right now.  They expected and hoped for much worse.  I think they’ll also be disappointed when covid becomes endemic and the pandemic is officially over.  It’s been such a boon to them.  They really get the ratings and the clicks selling fear 24/7.

Yeah, I notice that when Quebec was by far the worst province it got very little publicity. Now that it' Alberta there's breathless national coverage in all the mainstream media every day.

It's not all covid all the time no the BBC, or Euronews, or Deutch news, or Al Jazeera, or even CNN. Canadian TV is just incredibly lazy and cheap and finds endless talk about covid  cheaper to cover.

So in other words it will never be back up until Trudeau is no longer prime minister.

People do things for their friends they don't do for others. They include their friends in things they wouldn't include others in. There are any number of occasions when it would be very, very helpful to this country to be the US's best friend in the world. There are none where we are better off being more distant.

You see, Argus is a true conservative.  True conservatives love foreign versions of Trudeau.  If you don’t, you’re not a real conservative!  They also love massive immigration now.  And critical race theory, and left wing judges, 3 trillion dollar infrastructure bills, and the banning of oil and gas production on federal land.  That’s REAL conservatism! ?
