How so?

How many people have left because they're fed up with MH and Charles deleting their posts and suspending them over almost nothing?

Do as I do.  Be a member to several other forums.  When you're suspended, you still get your fix.  Sometimes, you might even get into some heavy discussion in the other forum, that you even don't bother coming back here for a while.  That sometimes happen to me.

Suspension in one forum is beneficial to other forums.

Nothing hurts a discussion more than being pulled out while in the midst of it.  It's like getting a cold shower that cools your ardor.  Others involved in the discussion are also cheated out of it - they're forced to wait for your resurrection!  By the time you come back, everyone's lost their train of thought!

  Better spend that ardor elsewhere that appreciates it.
