Ahh you gotta love these republicans: A must watch http://www.nbc.com/late-night-with-seth-meyers/video/iran-hostage-deal-a-closer-look/2970449?onid=146956 No wonder there has been so many different versions of the news on prisoner swaps

And this is what we call fishing from muddy water...wtf has shia/ sunni conflict got to do with attrocities of Israeli government on palestinians. Twisted logic to justify the means to grab yet more land from palestinians. Oh yeah thanks for broadcasting terririst attacks by moslems. If I wanted to know that I would go to relevant thread. Errm yes and quite rightly so. Here's a quote from obama to sarkozy:"I cannot bear Netanyahu, he's a liar," and Obama responded: "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him even more often than you." This is what I refer to ridiculousness of ge argument...I mean can one be more incoherent to make the mud stick!? I know bibi and and his government and infact a lot of his supporters don't like Obama and call him a muslim lover but dude you cannot have it both ways by saying he is a muslim brotherhood ally and yet Saudi Arabia (a muslim country) is distancing itself from Obama. I know you and bibi don't like the fact that obama's administration worked things out with Iran on nuclear deal but hey that's life. So what? Many countries change alliances with others and in the case of Israel and Greece is to piss them turks off, which Israel currently doesn't have a good relationship. What world do you live in? kookooland? Next time you go and steal more land and build illegal settlements don't cry and expect a pat on shoulder. Nevermind if Obama farts cause Bibi has done plenty of that in his time at government that has backfired on his face. ...Don't shed crocodile tears...Get back to me when you can explain the rationale behind illegal expansion and building settlements in the occupied territories. If Israel wants to live by the example of a "demcracy" then it has to raise standards. And on that note I am privileged... Well considering tgere has been 'systematic' dismantling of the palestinian state with no two state solution and yet more land grabbing it is shameful.
-
Iran in the eyes of many is viewed through a tinted spectacle and judged by that standard unfortunately. That tinted spectacle is the analogy for narrow mindedness... It's unlikely one can change such mindset and an attempt to do that is futile unless one is unbiased and open to ideas. Thank for sharing the video!

Rue... I have no problem by you calling me a lefti on an open online forum. It's feeble... More to the point.... Are there more important things in the world than the lives of innocent civilians ? Dare I guess your allegiance which I have known for a very long time but let it suffice to say that this is a shameful time for any Zionist. Israel has been getting away with MURDER far too long and it's time we addressed the issue of institutional abuse. Palestinians throw rocks and Israel responds by killing even foreign observers. Building and expanding on illegal settlements. This is madness on a massive scale which the international community would be foolish to ignore. One thing is for certain, things will not remain as they are and Israels superiority in weaponry will not last forever, which may be the time they will regret their criminal behaviour. Obama has long distanced himself from Bibi. As two faced as Bibi comes while the powerless president gives sanctemonious speeches. Hooray for America (NOT). Israel is and has been a rogue state for a number of years, ignoring international law continuously. For them to claim any legitemacy in their actions now is laughable. During this period they are likely to make more enemies than they would wish or are likely to be able to deal with in future. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's more than likely to be a duck so let's call a spade a spade and let's call the regime in Israel what it is " a bunch of war criminals" with Netanyahu at the helm.

Do you have problem reading english? The post cleatly says systematic dismantling. What is your problem!?!? And just incase you accuse me of editing it my post was edited before you sent your edited post accusing my phrase as 'ridiculous'! Systematic grasp of what you want yo read is ridiculous! Lol
-
Exactly so! What Israel is doing is systematic dismantling of the Palestine state...Bibi's government has become no more than an excuse to justify the behaviour of their criminal regime. They also suffer from delusion of grandeur if they think for one second they have the calling of god. More like from Satan....stealing and building illegal settlements on the land of palestinian people in breach of several international laws. Anyone with a little conscience would see that. Let's presume Canada was occupied and suppressed like Palestine. How would it feel if our daily life was one of humiliation, dictated to and a life of peace and freedom denied? Any man would stand up and fight for his freedom and that of his family. If, as is the case the oppressors have superior weaponry would you not like them deploy any method to fight? So now those people are terrorists? Not! This is nothing but propaganda to justify the means For Israel to grab more land and continue with its illegal expansion.

Rue... I have not backed down from my initial assertions. Iran has cooperated with the US covertly to combat Alqaeda and Taliban. In principle there are fundamental differences between the two and post 9/11 events proves that. Iran almost went to a war with the Saudi backed Taliban fir killing its diplomats in Kabul. As I said there may be said reports that hypothesises certain cooperation between the two but so what? And yes many countries including Israel chose friends and enemies when it suits them...I wished the politics was black and white but that's life... Focus on the whole picture instead of nitpicking to dis Iran on as one would usually do.... Iran is not allied with Taliban. You can turn and twist the words whicever way to prove the point.
-
Let's say your hypothesis about this intelligence is right, which I think isn't....Many countries change their friends and enemies including US of A. So what?
-
So long as you refuse to comprehend that Iran and Taliban are arch enemies there is nothing I can tell you. You obvoiusly are not listening to the advise provided to you earlier so I rest my case....
-
There is a lot that I don't agree with the policies of Israel as far as Bibi is concerned....If that is 'anti-semitism' to you and your ilks tough s....I don't give a damn.Israel commits terrorist activities against other soveriegn nations as well. Only a few years ago a few intelligence sources linked them to killing iranian top scientists. But in your biased view you don't consider that a terrorist act and that doesn't really surprise me?
-
The very fact that you don't just understand that fundamentally Iran cannot support the taliban whether from strategic perspective, religious or political motivations leads me to believe that there is very little you know about this area. P.s do not bother giving me single examples to reiterate your point. Look at the overall picture vis a vis Iran/ US relations in regards to combatting talibans instead of nitpicking..... You really ought to do some further readings on this.
-
I am questioning your source JP. Ofcourse they are not going to write anything that is unbiased. As with regards to hezobollah being funded by Iran I don't need to refer to JP to know that... The point is many countries including the US support regimes, organisations or states to their own means...so there's nothing new there
-
He doesn't seem to understand the purpose of removal of sanctions by IAEA and instead resorts to oneliner rants about IBCM. What a farce!
-
Sweeping generalisation about Iran as if anitsemitism is running through every iranian is as much as your understanding of the GeoPolitik of the region...Moving swiftly back to topic your assertions that iran solicited help to taliban is utter none sense! Taliban is a sunni funded terrorist group an enemies if Iran. If you cannot understand that it's not my problem. Removal on saddam in Iraq and fight against the taliban in Afghanistan were the two areas where Iran and the US covertly cooperated militarily. It is a fact!
-
Yes, I do have a problem with JP. It is a biased news outlet as far as the news about Iran is concerned...
-
Cheap tactic but carry on. This is not gonna be yet another troll thread. You are more than welcome to bait the imaginary fish...
-
A low price per barrel will create a deflationary economy as it will impact the price for the finished product. They will be cheaper. A deflationaty economy slows the growth. The japanese can share their experience as they endured it for over twenty years in 90's...
-
I disagree... Lower oil prices in the short term will result to higher prices of dollar per barrel in 5 years time with devastating consequences for the car owners.
-
Bull crap. Don't even bother playing that game. Doesn't work... Like I said eatlier there's nothing to satisfy your apetite to see this derail..it iis blatantly clear that fundamentally you have a problem with the efforts this administration is putting to make the diplomacy work between the US and Iran and will always reveal another card to prove your point...
-
So much for a compassion on human lives...is that how low we have stooped with this mindset!?!
-
Getting personal now are we??
-
You have this tendency to go off topic. The sanctions are lifted. Obviously that doesn't pkease you and your pals in the israeli cabinet. That's tough! Get used to it. Like it was said earlier the diplomacy worked so don't try stir it it otherwise the smell will suffocate.
-
That's a bit rich coming from you doggy...! Indeed, let's ignore that
-
The sanctions imposed on Iran are a bit more than your opinionated one liner...as far as nuclear bit is concerned they are lifted whether you like it or not
-
Enquiring minds like to know how the oil price of $30 or lower per barrel will help the US? Short term effects are buying cheaper oils but it is foolish to oversight the delationary effect on other commodities...
