Why would you rationalise the actions of the Israeli government by what else is happening in middle east?? Just because there is a war going in Syria it doesn't justify the action of israelis to steal land from Palestinians...From outsider's viewpoint this is just an opportunistic approach by their policy-makers.

It has nothing to do with Ahmadinejad (Not that it is important but it is a clear misrepresentation of events...) Furthermore all those hostages have long been released. The reality is they don't give a damn about Iran but everytime the west makes an effort for approachment with Iran the very same people use 'human rights' as a wild card to destroy the efforts of reaching those persians....That is the problem...
