    If Harper offers to step down if he loses does that mean CPC voters will vote for them or will they sit out the election?

      When the only options are progressive or corrupt, abstaining is the only palatable choice for some on the right. There is already demand for another Canadian Reform Alliance Party...Harper stepping aside may be able to prevent the right from disuniting...depending on the successor.
