  1. Have you seriously not heard his Tolerate speech? Here's a decent article on the topic: https://torontosun.com/opinion/columnists/warmington-opposition-shockingly-silent-on-pms-hatred-of-unvaccinated-canadians
  2. I agree that their end goals are scattered and not well thought out. When they first started it was simply to remove the truckers mandate and to get the feds to ask to remove theirs. I think those were two reasonable requests. Adding on all the rest may have added more people to their cause but it certainly worked against them. Ok but at what point are negative and spiteful comments able to be construed as hate? You literally need to hear the words I HATE THEM before you would agree that Trudeau does in fact hate them? You must be a lawyer ?
  3. Well he did say this a year ago: Maybe things have changed in the year but based on this I am FAR from mind reading. Of course if you have some other proof of these outside factors then I'm all ears. What are you talking about. The main reason and the initial cause was the mandate from truckers. It then grew to all federal mandates and then grew again to include the provincial ones. However their main focus was always Trudeau and not 3 levels of government. Additionally there is not strategic thought into knowing your opponent hates the unvaccinated when his quotes speak to that sentiment on numerous occasions. There was a poll just the other day (whether its meaningful or not) that said this: https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/this-could-cost-him-his-job-a-blockaded-canada-turning-on-trudeau-poll-finds No irrationality here at all. I am focusing on comments he directly stated. Comments that were also criticized by other left wing pundits. I believe he will eventually reverse his mandates but it will be on his terms even if that means flying in the face of science.
  4. FFS...its an opinion. Take it or leave it. Dude. When even Bill Maher is stating that Trudeau sounds like Hitler....you know there is some creditability to the statement. But hey...you go on and defend your supreme leader as he may shut down your bank account if you don't. ?
  5. Because that's his predecessor. His nemesis. Its what competitors do. Much like his desire to get to 15 years like his old man. Right. Why do we 'tolerate' these people.....right? That's fair to you?
  6. If the US starts to allow unvaccinated people in the country then the Canadian truckers will be able to go into the US. This is the only thing stopping them. Of course, they would have to 'quarantine' when they get home but they would still be able to go. This should spark another call from Biden as US truckers will then be pissed that they can't get into Canada still. On a different level, if the US border opens up then people wanting to fly internationally will only need to drive into the US and fly from there. A bit of an inconvenience but still doable. Right now, the US collaborating with Canada on a closed border is what gives Trudeau all the power.
  7. I disagree with this part. I think once the US flips then he has no choice but to flip. November elections will tell the tale but I'm hoping it doesn't take that long
  8. 1. I don't feel he acknowledges anything you just outlined here. In his mind he could be the PM for another 8 years. At the very least, he has to out do his old nemesis Harper who lasted nearly 10 years. 2. Sure they did. He has been very outspoken about his reasoning for the mandates and his desire to not tolerate people who are unvaccinated. Its not a matter of them having special knowledge of Trudeau....everyone knew that Trudeau would not cave to the pleas of the misogynist, racist scum that we should not tolerate. 3. What news have you been watching?? You think his motives are inscrutable. He has outright lambasted the unvaccinated and is following his French buddy Marcon in his desire to piss off the unvaccinated. I don't feel like I'm being obtuse here as he has deliberately and intently stated his position.
  9. Really? You think he'd ever resign? I certainly don't. The reason these protests are even happening is because truckers knew that Trudeau was so narcissistic and pig headed that he would stick to his decision to punish the unvaccinated for as long as possible, regardless of what the science is saying. There needed to be push back. Many other countries were dropping mandates. Then provinces started to drop mandates. But the Libs with support of the NDP wouldn't even allow for a plan to end them. Seriously, that plan could have said the mandates will end in a year but that wasn't good enough for ol' JT. He continues to double down on his hatred for the unvaccinated and for that reason I don't see him ever relinquishing power as Covid will never end in his mind.
  10. Ya….he had no doctors on his side I’m sure. Probably came up with the idea when he was harvesting last fall ?
  11. I always love your flair for the dramatic. Who said anything about anyone's right to live. People who have the conditions should be getting vaccinated. Those who do not can choose not to as their risk is much different. Of course you are still stuck on the idea that vaccinated are protected from catching covid, so I can't really help you with that even though I have shown you multiple times its not true. Did the vaccines stop death? Last time I checked even the triple vaxxed where dying. Average life expectancy....78. Average Covid death 80. People die...all the time. Stop being dramatic about it. 8,000 to 10,000 people per year died from flu and pneumonia in Canada. Over two years that's 20,000 people. Covid has killed 35,000 people in Canada over two years. Of course, we know the flu deaths are low because they never really tracked them (especially like Covid) and we know the Covid deaths are embellished as anyone with Covid gets marked as a Covid death. What's the truth? Covid is definitely more severe than the flu but its not what you make it out to be. Again, your reading comprehension fails you. I have broken out the people with or without conditions for this exact reason...to protect the ones that are more likely to die. Most people don't need protection. Giving them a jab was pointless. I loved hearing my vaccinated friends tell me they were protected and then they suffered worse symptoms than I did when we all caught covid. Did I need it? Not even close. Does my overweight, diabetic friend need it. YES. The decision to get it comes down to each person as each person is different.
  12. 1. Most people in the west still considered Harper an Ontarian because he was born and raised there. I also remember people being as fond of O'Toole as they were of Scheer, meaning they thought neither was the right choice. A LOT of talk out here about Pollievre though. 2. Sorry...is it Maple Leaves? I always get that wrong
  13. How would this change anything? People vote the way they vote and the results come out after the fact. You could start counting votes in the west and my point would be the same. Its not. I never said it did, rather I stated the obvious that the elections are typically decided out east and its because of this population difference.
  14. No...they never would have happened without Ontario. In the last six elections the west consistently votes about 60-70 conservative seats. When the Conservatives won those elections, Ontario voted in between 55-70 seats by themselves. In the last three elections Ontario switched its votes to only have around 30 Conservative seats while the west remained around the 60-70.
  15. 1. Its because its true and it has nothing to do with time zones but seat counts. By the time the vote hits Manitoba, 231 seats have already been voted on. I'm not suggesting its unfair but its an indisputable truth that the elections are determined by the east. Also...you clearly know nothing of the west if you think that John Tory would be an issue considering we had to deal with Trudeau now for this long. ? 2. I did say this was a superficial thing. Just thought it might be factor but then again you guys blindly support the Maple Leafs too so what do I know.
  16. ? What does the west have to do with electing a PM? The vote is done by the time it hits the Ontario/Manitoba border. The west sometimes gets to say if its a majority or minority but that's about it. Its kind of a superficial thing but I would assume Ontarians would want to see a local person in charge from time to time considering they are the largest province.
  17. Ok...so you are just talking about after vaccination Ok....but you need to rationalize a few things on the deaths: 1. They are just starting to correct themselves by identifying Covid deaths due to Covid versus people that died while having Covid. 2. The vast majority of Covid deaths involve people with pre-existing conditions. I can't speak for US numbers but I know the Alberta stats show that 96% of deaths involve people with pre-existing conditions. I believe there was a stat in the US a while back that said 94% of their deaths were the same but I can't find it. This doesn't mean to show these deaths aren't real however it should show you that the risk factor (when discussing death) is not the same for people with no conditions. I guess we will have to wait and see if the vaccine causes any long term issues that cause death. There you go again making a binary statement on a situation that is very complex. A 20 year old with no heath complications has next to zero chance of dying from Covid yet could end up with myocarditis from the shot which probably won't kill him then but may factor into his death years later. For his age group, the risk to reward is not FAR FAR GREATER. Move that up a number of year to the elderly and those with pre-existing conditions and I would agree with you.
  18. She's kind of the reverse Harper. He was born in Toronto but held a seat in Alberta. She's born in Alberta but holds a seat in Toronto. Interesting. Maybe its just me but don't you think its weird that no Ontario MP (not born but with a seat in Ontario) has been PM since Lester B Pearson. Seems strange...no?
  19. It appears that a slim majority of Canadians aren't happy with the actions of the protesters even though they sympathize with their reasoning. However, a large portion of Canadians are REALLY unhappy with Trudeau: No wonder why he doesn't give a shit about what people think anymore.
  20. You really need to clarify your comments. Are you saying no deaths from vaccine induced myocarditis or myocarditis in general? Its well documented that deaths are linked to myocarditis. Well....the recently released John Hopkins study would disagree with you on this.
  21. Sorry to hear about that. Sadly, this is exactly what I’m talking about. If you have preexisting conditions then it makes sense to take the risk. Not so much if you’re healthy
  22. The Vaccine Injury Support Program was first announced in December 2020 and officially launched in June 2021. While serious reactions to vaccines are extremely rare -- approximately one in 10,000, according to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) -- they have happened. https://www.google.ca/amp/s/beta.ctvnews.ca/national/coronavirus/2021/12/16/1_5709786.html
  23. According to Alberta stats, 96% of Covid deaths happened in people with one or more pre-existing conditions. I have not seen any similar stats on vaccine injury but it sure would be terrible to suffer a severe vaccine injury especially if you had no preexisting conditions.
  24. Not sure about heart problems per se but the reported serious injuries from the vaccine are 1 in 10,000
