Maybe, and no doubt if he did it's because he really believed it would make all the difference in the world! Reducing our 2 percent emissions by a fraction of a fraction. The liberals are pandering to people who believe that stupidity, that same dummies that elected them.

So, can anyone tell us what fraction of our fraction this will reduce emissions by and what real world positive effects it will have? Let me guess, it's about being a leader, cuz surely if Canada does it others will follow...i cant imagine what it must be like to believe that ideological tripe.

My my you are smarting about the loss. Anyway, check how well the carbon tax is working in BC before you jump to yet another conclusion.
