    Here we go:  The Wet'suwet'en First Nation (one of six bands within the Wetsuweten nation has put out a press release saying the band was left out of discussions with B.C., feds regarding the proposed agreement.

      I think they will go ahead with it no matter what the others say, but should it not be debated in Parliament?  I'm trying to think of another situation in which the federal government could negotiate a secret deal with unelected people and it would be totally cool.
