How exactly is it Trudeau's decision to not prosecute terrorists when we have laws ; can he suspend such laws ; are we living in a totalitarian state

Far as I know it's the Crown Attorney that determines whether or not a person should be prosecuted, not the Prime Minister.

It would appear that isn't the case anymore. The irony is all the left leaning people who complained and called Harper a dictator. So far Trudeau has behaved in a way that makes it look like he's a shoe in for that title.
