Stephen Harper using the troops AGAIN.

Chretien was mean-spirited and really despised Paul Martin. Part of the reason was that Chretien *truly* felt that the country was better off with him as PM instead of Martin. Guess he was right on that one... -

You won't answer the question because it's blatantly obvious. In your sick, dementia addled mind Harper is evil. So no matter what he does is wrong. You would have made it sound like a horrible injustice if he hadn't put extending the mission to a vote in Parliament. Too bad he'll be the Prime Minister for the rest of the decade. You can't answer the question because it will highlight your hatred, dementia and inability to treat *anything* Harper does fairly. Want to prove me wrong? The question is relevant. So ... I'm a troll because I ask Gerry to ask a question that he obviously doesn't want to answer. Must just add to Gerry's anger that he can't even find people to respect his AUTHORITY even online. C'mon Gerry just answer the question... -

I think we all know the answer and that's why he won't answer. If he really does have Alzheimer's I would feel bad for mocking him. *But* there is definitely a screw loose of some kind. -

The fact that Kingsley isn't sure the books were submitted is far from proving a *conscious decision* by the CPC to lie. You have provided no support for that assertion Again with the personal attacks? Well ... two can play that game. So I take it from your ignoring the questions that... You haven't worked an honest day in your life. You would have attacked Harper for not putting the extension of the Afghanistan mission to a vote in parliament just as verociously as you have attacked him for putting the extension to a vote. You are suffering from some sort of mental illness. My guess is Alzheimer's. i.e. Gerry Hatrick = geriatric Would explain your sexism, homophobia and general inability to actually debate anything. How close are you to the end? How does it feel that your last day on this planet will probably be with Harper as PM?

Gotta feel bad for Kennedy. Only 24 seats behind Dion for third. But the only story the news is running is the fact that he has basically been shut out in Quebec. Man if he had any sort of organization there he would be second. Anybody know where the voting takes place tomorrow?

About that I have said: If you have another translation then provide it. You still haven't taken the leap to proving Harper was *using* the troops. He wanted to provide them with support. He never threatened them with loss of support as he and his caucus all voted to extend the mission. Answer this question, you have ignored seven times now. What would you have said if Harper had extended the mission *without* going to Parliament? -
That's why I live in Calgary now.

I think that technically the GG has always asked HM's Loyal Opposition to form a government when a minority government fails. For obvious reasons, i.e. what happened in King/Byng it's an invitation best not taken. Jean would be unqualified to assume because she technically has the power to do so she morally does as well. Who is to judge that an election next srping would be too early? Diefenbaker's 62-63 lasted less time? Clark's 79-80 lasted less time? So she wouldn't have precedent on her side. Is she qualified to judge that *this time* would be too short for another election? And to ask the party that placed her in the position to form another government?

From dictionary.com astounding - capable of overwhelming with amazement; stunningly surprising I don't quite understand what is stunningly surprising about this turn of events. Does your angry, bitter, little personality have the ability to explain that Gerry? Did your *partner* leave you for an illicit affair with a CPC MP? Did Stephen Harper steal candy from you as a child? Have you worked an honest day in your life?

It's only *obvious* to you Gerry... Does the prospect of a Conservative majority drive you crazy? With Iggy winning super weekend bigger than expected it should. -
geoffrey I'm sure the local results are all about organization. Kennedy has roots in Alberta. Spent some time in Alberta and founded the Edmonton Food Bank. Woiuldn't matter in a general election but does to the few Alberta Liberals out here in Wild Rose Country...

IF Ignatieff was Lib leader could he win over Cons

Because he is a reasonable man and has performd competently as PM to date. You are surprised he hasn't framed the issue that way because you buy in to the *scary* *scary* *scary* propaganda. It isn't true, which creates the cognitive dissonance....
