Western societies have entered the phase of a structural, foundational crisis and they just couldn't find the way out of it. A change of paradigm; reinvention of democracy; renewed social contract of participation and prosperity are all needed desperately but tired and self-absorbed liberal elites just cannot produce anything new; in the short - minuscule in the historical terms period of relative peace and prosperity, Western societies have grown lazy and self-centered, deep into the mentality of indulgence and entitlement. They all but forgot that maintaining democracy is the responsibility of the citizens: it is not a given and no free gift, neither an eternal engine of consumption and prosperity. Not great. In the meanwhile, the dictators were watching from the shadows. They have perfected the instruments of control and suppression. Iran, Russia, North Korea: they can really rule forever now; with no chance of returning to freedom. And these days, it is coming to the fore: the West, weakened from inside, and divided. And the dictators, certain and determined to not repeat the mistakes of the past, stay united and go straight for a rematch. The opposite of the setting in the last century; and even back then it wasn't a given; it was close; and took enormous toll to prevail. So what will it be? How will it turn out this time? Remember: no promises were given. No such guarantees.

"Demonizing": in their own words? Right. There's nothing wrong with brutal, aggressive fascism because "it was provoked"? This, from now is a totalitarian cult. There no more principles, lines of integrity or morality itself for it, if and as long as it leads them to the power. Apologizing fascism: as clear, in our face as it gets is the final proof. It is there, it is clear and there's no avoiding it. We have a free choice but if we choose to accept and live with totalitarianism we know the future that will follow. There cannot be any mistakes. No way we couldn't have known.
-
Totalitarians are also testing you: are you ready to embrace them? They can say anything: Hitler was a only a poor misunderstood child. He was "provoked", you see. Yes you can live with fascism; you can find understanding and peace with it, if only you let them in... then give yourself, all of yourself to them. This is by the way exactly how it happened the last time. Will you cry and shout mindlessly "Worship Him! Anathema!!"? Or shrug another heinous crime perpetrated by fascists, another innocent victim, another aggression as some stock market report? You can see: they have nothing else; not a glimpse of intelligent thought. Nothing of integrity, honesty or decency. Empty of it as the interstellar void. And they want you to become just like them. Then they can have you - even forever, and why not? There are things that we cannot allow to say; we should never agree to, for any reason. Our ancestors knew. Now, our turn. No way we couldn't know. The citizen's test.
-
Dead brains cannot understand what this is about and won't even try to. Their dead harmonics are known all too well: "Adore him! Worship! Anathema!!! Bum bum bum". Like they need any invitation. But any citizen who understands the reason and responsibility cannot pretend that this is business as usual. Nothing is usual about condoning and helping brutal and aggressive fascism of our time. Not a chance we couldn't see it or wouldn't have known.
-
No, we cannot pretend that it'll be just another election about some face in some chair. No, no: what face? What is it saying and what it is? We cannot pretend we didn't hear and didn't know. This is about our principles; our integrity; our moral ground and our freedom: all that defines us, or we thought so. Yes we are free to make any choice. But if we choose to prop those who want and seek, eagerly to get in the bed with the fascists of our time - Vlads, Kims no exaggeration, the worst of the brutal and aggressive kind it will define us, who we are from now and on. No, nothing was promised forever don't even dream: the choice has to be made over and again, by each generation. And if we decide, and choose to change our nature there's no way it wouldn't catch up with us. Plain and simple. The citizen's test.
-
The last century our ancestors knew what brutal, aggressive fascism is and they put a stop to it at an enormous price. Their sacrifice bought us a few decades of relative peace and prosperity - not forever and no such guarantees exist. Can we make a different choice, and try a different path? Of course: it is in our hands. Is there any guarantee or promise that there will be a happy end, a miraculous salvation as in a movies we like? Not a chance. Sure, we knew. From apologizing brutal, aggressive, fully Hitleresque incarnation of our day fascism; justifying it and helping it when it needs it most how far it is to losing all will and resolve to stand to it, when it comes to us? Not far at all. On what ground: moral, principled, integrity? could this folk stand to fascism rather than making all kinds of stinky deals with it, until they are consumed by it in entirety, and nothing of integrity, principle and freedom remains? We can think about that now. Now, we have the time. Only the citizen's test.
-
These are apologists, possibly, tacit admirers of the same kind of brutal, aggressive fascism that our ancestors defeated at a highest cost. Apologists: fact, published and sealed. In their own words. Admirers: yes, there are signs. Our ancestors made their choices and we will be making ours. Yes we can try different ones. We can try to peak into that other future, where fascists won. There's no promise and no guarantees against that, it's all in our minds and hands. No way we didn't know. Not a chance.
-
There's no way we could not have known who they are and who they are cheering for. The last time our ancestors ultimately made the correct choice which was paid for very dearly. Nothing guarantees us the future no matter what we do. It is in our hands, and we will bear full responsibility for our choices.

Hitler first said we need to rearm. Then he said, we need this part of Czechia, that will do it for us. Then he invaded Poland with his buddy Stalin. Then, he took all of the Europe, and only by a narrow miracle, failed to take Britain. Hitlers won't stop. We know it. They lie, and they know it. We know who they are. We know what they are: they said it, and they showed it. There's no way we couldn't have known. Only the citizen's test.
-
These are blatant lies and they aren't just bordering but crossing very clearly into apologizing - and who knows - maybe supporting? fascism: as clear as it gets in our century. There's no point in trading words with patented liars: but we know and cannot pretend to not know them for who they really are. Only the citizen's test: no way we couldn't have known.

Russia did not invade Ukraine in 2022: it first occupied a part of it, Crimea in the early 2014. Nobody was talking about NATO back then. That's four full years that Trump did nothing about it. This is just a lie: as boldface and blatant as they get. Right in your face: from the lying hot air cheeks and lips. Not a chance we couldn't have known. The citizen's test.
-
In the podcast "All In": "he (Biden) constantly said the wrong things and one of the wrong things he said was that Ukraine would join NATO.” Trump said, “When I heard him talking, I thought: this guy is going to start a war.” The facts: the aggressor started this war. There are no, none, and cannot be any excuses for brutal and destructive aggression in Europe of this century. Undermining NATO: every free European and Northern American nation has the birth right to join the defense alliance of democracies. He is weakening and undermining NATO right at the time the new Axis of tyrants is rising. NATO is the only thing that stands in the way of their claim to rewrite the rules of the world. Trump is playing right into their hands. Saying that Ukraine in NATO would give Putin any justification for his brutal war is nothing short of claiming that Poland's defense pact with Great Britain was the cause of the WWII. In 1939 with the same words, he would have been apologizing for Hitler. So: it will be the citizenship test: nothing short of, and nothing less. Everybody knows what it will be about and what's at stake. No one could claim ignorance about what the options were and what they meant. No such excuses. Not a chance.

Brain dead and/or hereditary blind needn't worry. "I like him. He likes me. ... And then we fell in love. OK? No, really! He wrote me beautiful letters. And they're great letters. We fell in love. Now they'll say [imitates anchorman]: "Donald Trump said they fell in love. How horrible how horrible is that? So unpresidential!" Looks like the attraction was mutual, in a playful way: "I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged U.S. dotard with fire." -
No attacks are needed. If SCOTUS becomes another politicized institution whose decisions are guided primarily by political affiliation it would signify no less than the end of independent and impartial justice in the United States. A sad and dangerous outcome. Plain and simple. When loyalty of the establishment is to political tribe, or a cult as opposed to the country, its citizens and the Constitution it means no less than the end of the democracy itself. And exactly in this way, happened countless times in history. Constitution, laws, rules and procedures, even traditions: those are only words. It takes citizens, of reason, vigilance and responsibility to fill them with meaning. Nothing less and never less.

He wrote love letters to Jong Un who led him around his fat finger. That means something for sure, a deep connection of souls? "You will have many great years of celebration and success. Your country will soon be on a historic and prosperous path." -

The buffoon adores Putin ("a genius") and Jong Un ("very honorable person"). In his own words. -

Well, in all honesty this sounds like a biiiiiig stretch of credibility. No way they couldn't know about Stalin's infamous purges before WWII or genocidal Holodomor. Stalin and "free elections"? That couldn't have been even a joke. These people were betrayed by the leaders of the West plain and simple, when Stalin was allowed to enslave them. -
