      I deleted the ignorant claim insisting the hearing was a "job interview."   We've already discussed that in the forum, and I've already explained why it isn't a job interview.  I don't want this thread to be cluttered by ignorant trollings.

    With the way the Democrats had done away with this man's rights - before the whole world - these people are not qualified to be leaders of a DEMOCRATIC country. Heck, even their party name, is a sham! "DEMOCRATS," indeed. Yeah right. Imagine their "credibility" promoting democracy in dictator-held countries!

    What I'm concerned about is if the evil Dems win in getting rid of him - how this will all affect Kavanaugh personally. To say he could become a very bitter man isn't unlikely. I hope the more he clings to God - because that's where he'll get the strength. That historic hearing was watched all over the world. This fiasco had already done some good (even though it happened at the expense of Kavanaugh) - it showed the extent that Democrats - with the help of Democrat-supporting media - are willing to go just to get what they want. This will go down in history. It showed the Democrats think nothing of trampling anyone's rights - democracy be damned - right there before the world to see! Like, it's just normal. Undeniably, what's happening is a historic event. This could induce a turning point of some sort. To what direction - I don't know.

    and, apart from sitting for 12 years as a federal judge.....he's been given a high rating by ABA. Here's the letter from the American Bar Association that gave him a high rating in August 2018, for its evaluation of the qualities of integrity, professional competence and judicial temperament!     Well........12 years sitting as a federal judge, there's never been any complaint about being drunk, or about his temperament, or about any improprieties with women! The standards can't get any lower with the Democrats! Maybe, the full implication of what the Dems are doing to this guy - and to democracy - hasn't sunk in yet. I urge you to sit down and contemplate on it.

    I hope so. He was about to be confirmed when this was sprung ......Feinstein kept this in her sleeves for two months. All this fiasco is to delay - a desperate bid to stop his confirmation!

    No, I'm not saying they said it didn't happen! By saying they don't recall such party that Ford had described - they didn't CORROBORATE her claim! her claim remains un-corroborated. There was a refutation too. Leland Keyser's statement is the most important of the three! There's no reason for her to lie - and yet, she refuted Ford's claim that she (Keyser) was there. No matter how the Democrats try to spin that - that is a flat-out refutation! Sheeples just accept the Dems spin without any question -and then, they baaaaaa the same spin in forums! And they get clonked by those who can think for themselves! Keyser had issued in a sworn statement that she doesn't recollect EVER BEING in a party that was also attended by Kavanaugh, with or without Ford. That might be a little bit more complicated to understand, Don.........but there it is.

HOWEVER......Christitine Blasey Ford had lied 3 times! Yes! 3 times! Btw.....when I said she lied 3 times - I'm not referring to the three people she claimed to have been at that party, who turned out that they were not there at all. yep. Those were three lies....but those aren't the 3 lies I'm talking about.     You can give your opinion, and even be outraged by what I posted.......but it still doesn't change the fact that you have problems with comprehension! If Ford has serious problems with her recollection - you have serious problems understanding what you read. read my posts again.

    Well, i do hope this FBI investigation will also look into her background. They should find out if she's been using drugs or smoking weed! She's botched naming all three people that she said were in that party - botched it, 100%! That even included her life-long friend. She recollects SQUAT about all crucial details - except that she drank only "one beer" that night! Heck, she sounds more like she could've been hallucinating - and what she remembers is her hallucination! How could you get all the people that are supposed to be in that party, wrong? Including your life-long friend? Though I can understand the possibility that Mark Judge could've lied (to protect himself and Kavanaugh)........I don't see that happening with her life-long friend! Why would her friend Leland Keyser lie, and refute Ford's claim? Why should we believe that Ford drank only one beer just because she said so, when what she recollects about all the people she named, aren't true! Her recollection has no credibility at all! For all we know, she was the one drunk that night! Or, flying' high!

    Don't forget too that she's an experienced psychologist - and by the looks of the achievements they've read out at the hearing, she has an amazing background in that field. As a psychologist, she can easily emulate a rape or assault victim. She'd know the right buttons to push to seem credible. I suspect she was handpicked for the "job," for that very reason.

    I used to think that - but now, I'm also thinking that it's very likely she's helping the Dems stop Kavanaugh. It's the delaying tactics she used with fear of flying that's a red flag to me now. I didn't understand it before when it was brought up at the hearing - but reading her memo, it is suspicious.

    He is fit to sit in the Supreme Court. The American Bar Association had given him a high rating just a month ago. Unfortunately, there is this accusation that puts a question to his fitness as a Supreme Court judge. In a democracy, there is what we call due process. It is defined by google as, fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen's entitlement. In fact, all the people she identified and named as attendees of that particular party, had all said they have no recollection of being in that party she described. That includes her life-long friend (Leland Keyser), who soundly refuted Ford's claim that Keyser attended that party.
