Nonsense! In a democratic capitalistic society all money is sourced from buisness and one way or the other paid to the government and the citizens of that country.

Glen Beck is a great political entertainer and sure beats anything nanny state Canada has to offer.

Ignatieff-fight terrorism with politics
Leafless replied to capricorn's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Actually it was the Liberals under Mr.Trudeau. http://op-for.com/2006/07/canada_climbing_out.html Maybe the following Trudeau quote has something to do with the decline of Canada's military. -
Because Canadians wised up to Quebec and forced the feds (Liberals) to rethink their original Canada as a bicultural country bit.
-
I am certain that outside of the rap-gangsta aspect they would not have a clue.
-
Can you prove this is true? I fully believe Canada would have never broken apart. Treason is the name of the game and Trudeau-Chretien played their parts well selling out Canada in the name of Quebec.
-
The cultural floodgates could be beginning to creak open. You are currently experiencing leadership based partly on race. No one can accurately say where this will lead the U.S. and what the ramifications could be.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Broa...ing_Corporation Obviously, if what you say is true, the CBC could be due for changes in management that are more favorable to Conservative ideologies, just as CBC management was favourable for the Liberals and unfortunately, it seems, still is.

What we are talking about is the broadcasting of paid political television commercials by a subsidized state broadcaster who also accepts paid commercials. Paid political commercials does not constitute an authoritarian hierarchical government but full time programming with many programs dedicated to Liberal left-wing views and ideologies does support left-wing views and ideologies of a Liberal government. But if you want to maintain your position that I think Liberal government propaganda=bad and Conservative propaganda is good, then the only solution is the creation of another separate state government broadcaster and one dedicated to Conservative right-wing views and ideologies.
-
It is a left-wing Liberal organization: From post #39: You are hallucinating: The CBC is an over opinionated left-wing Liberal television broadcaster. Political television commercials are not anymore fascist as in comparison to the political 'fun fest' we witness in ' the House of Commons question period'.
-
The CBC policy relating to a supposed neutral political advertising policy only proves that because of the existence of such a self imposed rule makes it a fascist organization. CORRECTION.......a LEFT-WING fascist Liberal organization.
-
Who is upset and who is back-peddling? The CBC is paid for by ALL taxpayers in Canada and the CBC's job is to report (read) the news rather than customize it for a socialist audience. I do not. The CBC is a (Liberal) socialist broadcaster (news and associated political programing) and and I resent that because it should be a politically NEUTRAL, non-biased broadcaster. Airing paid political advertising relating to national political parties has nothing to do with fascism. Other television broadcasters support paid political advertising. The CBC can do the same either for the Conservatives or the Liberals. The only national political party that supports fascism and who have implemented fascist policies are the federal Liberals.

Liberals are worse than the Conservatives

Absolutely! Politics has always been about one political party lashing out against the another. That is the nature of politics. The Liberals in the past did lash out at the Conservatives utilizing a series of (attack) ads: http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/stor...ttackads_060110 With political commercials set aside, CBC has always been a mouthpiece for socialist government propaganda. Now that is fascism. Lashing out at other political parties by way of political ads is simply a part of politics and has nothing to do with fascism.

Of course you are not a commie...just a left-wing socialist Liberal fascist. -
What a dumb, senseless statement. Currently the U.S. is implementing protectionist policies, 'buy American' and already Canadian mayors are threatening retaliation to shut out U.S. bidders from local contracts. http://money.canoe.ca/News/Other/2009/06/06/9700231-cp.html O-O-O-O, I bet the yanks are shaking in their boots. This is what happens when Canada's trade is so dependent on a single country (U.S.) and things begin to crumble. More immigrants in this country simply means a quicker road to economic disaster when Canadian trade is so dependent on a single country and starts to fail for whatever reason.
-
I detest the CBC as a state broadcaster being a mouthpiece for Liberal social fascist. The Conservatives are NOT a fascist government. It is totally vice versa. As a matter of fact the Conservatives have never been able to counter the left's visionary policies with equally powerful ideas consistent with individual initiative and voluntary associations. Liberal socialist fascism has destroyed Canada's White English speaking culture that was freely created with civil liberties, individual initiatives and voluntary associations.
-
What is wrong with wide spread discussion and debate? So what exactly are you saying, that you prefer a totalitarian state?
-
Then it looks like we agree that nothing short of a revolution is the only remedy to Canada's political impasse.
-
Yes, I know all about Liberal socialist fascism. And so do the Conservatives who are trapped in the Liberal fascist web.
-
Yes, those Liberal fascist can be mean spirited and vicious.
-
What I said was 'Imaginary or visionary theorization'. Imaginary=Not based on fact; unreal visionary= Not practical or realizable; speculative Are these not the fantasies the Liberals utilized to shape or influence and control Canadian society?
