  1. The U.S. birthrate is not quite a crisis (1.6), but close Ironically the nation's saviour might be the historically high immigration rates. (ICE notwithstanding😨) The desired birth-rate (replacement) is 2.1 Dial 2 for English - it's coming. Holy fk, batman - is that the reason the U.S. fascists are riding 'herd' over birth control / contraception / planned parenthood? Yes, comrade.
  2. Suppose it should be mentioned that a recent poll confirmed that the majority of U.S. citizens could not pass the U.S. citizenship test - showing extreme weakness re: American history, government and civics. (WTF) A surprising number couldn't identify the event that brought the U.S. into WW2? (WTF x 10!) ................ jeez Dodge, unlike u I hate to brag! 😁
  3. Through pride (hubris) we forever deceive ourselves. 😁 It is the bane of those perceived as great leaders. There is no question that the U.S. stature, respect and influence is much diminished of late. A harbinger of something disastrous? My hope is that Trump doesn't embarrass himself in rhetoric and by extension a great, but diminished nation. I am with the majority in not being optimistic. (why does 'bone spurs' insist on negotiating in public?)
  4. 'divvy up Gaza'? Palestine, officially the State of Palestine, encompasses the Israeli-occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip. As of September 2025, the State of Palestine is recognized as a sovereign state by 157 of the 193 member states of the United Nations-81 percent of U.N. members. The Palestinian Authority (PA) is a semi-autonomous governing body est. 1994 to administer parts of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Recently, Canada recognized the State of Palestine - asinine, symbolic gesture. The very first crucial step for so-called peace is for Hamas to disarm - legitimate democratic elections - and for the PA or other (legitimate) to gain governmental control of Gaza/West Bank. Nation Hood Status Requirement for the U.N. Permanent population A defined territory A government The capacity to enter into relations with other states.
  5. ............. course Israel sees it all as fresh targets for JDAMS ............. rinse and repeat.
  6. .............really don't think Jared and Steve are too concerned about that ........... they want in on the lolly ........ the global largesse?
  7. ............. plans to turn the Gaza Strip into a luxury holiday destination are said to have already been developed by Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner and so-called peace envoy Steve Witkoff. Estimated to cost 115 billion the plan includes beachside hotel property, high speed rail and A.I. optimized energy grids / Wall Street Journal.
  8. ............. likely fair to say that laws are best explained, interpreted and applied by those perverting, confounding and eluding them.
  9. I applaud her ambition. AOC recently admitted that in her other life her fav tipple was the skrewball!
  10. ......... within 4 years over 15 percent of U.S. homes will have solar panels on their roof tops. Over 97 percent of market growth will be residential. Yeah, those ChiComs are real fools ................. oh, wait .............. China has cornered the market. 😁
  11. ................ U.N. is asking the global community for 70 billion to rebuild Gaza. Hamas thinks it's a paltry estimate with no understanding regarding the cost of rearming.
  12. ......... watch the body language. Scraping? Likely .............. same-same with Putin.
  13. It (technology) is dependent on man .......... whether 'man' accepts it (technology) as fact is moot. 😁 It is a fact that solar panels are the most effective form of solar energy. It is a fact that solar panels are cost-effective. Whether u accept the fact is moot.
  14. I don't mind an individual thinking slowly; I mind them publishing faster than they think. 😁
  15. there can be no technology without man. If technology is responsible for climate change then man is to blame. A coal fired generator is an example of technology.
  16. "But he's been very nice about this. You know, in all fairness, he gets like, 60% of his oil from Hormuz. And he's been, I think he's been very respectful," Trump added. "We haven't been challenged by China. They don't challenge us. And he wouldn't do that. I don't think he'd do that because of me. But, I think he's been very respectful." "I have a very good relationship with President Xi. You know, I find him to be a tremendous guy, and we get along well. And you see how we do," Trump told reporters when asked about what he hopes to achieve with Xi in relation to Iran. "We do a lot of business with China and making a lot of money. We're making a lot of money. It's different than it used to be, but I'll be talking about --- that'll be one subject. ........... to paraphrase? knees and elbows!
