FFS... what's your plan, kick all foreigners out of the UoT, or all University's period?. Canadian and every other student has opportunity for scholarships like they always have. In your mind I'm sure you're searching for some sort of liberal tie with the UoT aren't you... Save yourself a bit of time DF, the UoT isn't the only schooling Canada that our tax dollars go to.

Yes, typically all schools get federal and provincial funding DF. The UofT also gets funding through tuition and private donations like all university's do. Your level of ignorance is astounding.

Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Does your twisted intellect tell you there is a nuclear threat? -
1. What's high or low? I'd like to see it in the $70's... steady economy, things normal. 2. I've never seen one to start, but no, I absolutely do not want to see a tanker at the bottom of the ocean. Is this supposed to be a real question, or....? 1A. You're foolish enough to love the new gas and soon to be food and other inflation like all the other fools who haven't or won't have a problem with Trump's inflation. Understood that your mind is stunted but try this.... rather than a tanker at the bottom of the ocean, just don't drill it from the ground. A lot less messy don't you think fool. 2A. WTF are you even talking about? How about another novel idea like Trump and his buddy packing their toys and going home. Do you need to wear a helmet when you go outside?
-
I'd suggest that was your anti-liberal point of view in how you interpreted it. Transformative is Carneys word, not mine. I don't remember talking too much about the dollars at all.... but do remember talking about whether we should be doing business with India or not.
-
There you go.... well played Carney! A common trait that you right-wingers have is that you don't read very well. If you didn't get so excited thinking you stumbled onto a liberal misstep and automatically stopped at '$100 million was given for 200 Indian student scholarship's' you'd have found out that the University of Toronto is proving the funding, not the Federal government. That sucks huh... The Federal government committed dollars to - providing $10 million in Indo-Pacific scholarships for Canadian students to study in India, but the primary 200-scholarship fund for Indian students in Canada is sourced from UofT's institutional commitments. I know you people don't like CBC and the MSM media, but X, Facebook, Rebel News and wherever else you go don't seem to be working to good....

Cameco, their employees, Scott Moe, and anyone with a half ounce of brains thought it was nice win to carry on with a larger 2.6B/290M annual agreement. I can fully understand why you would think it's not.

19,000... that means the federal and provincial governments did a great job handling covid. The US had a lesser percentage of their population vaccinated and had 244,986 covid related deaths in 2022. With a 10 fold difference in population and all things being equal we should have been ~190,000 deaths. Look at it as ~171,000 lives were saved because of the policies and restrictions. Well played!

60% of US refinery capacity is designed for heavy crude and Canada exporting ~4M barrels per day of heavy crude to midwest and Gulf Coast refineries. Minor details...

Why Iranian blackmail won’t work

1. Yes he will and yes he is. Very dumb in fact. 2. Yes he will. 3. Can't help it... such an easy target Switching gears for a minute.... just saw that Blondi got subpoenaed for the Epstein file case. I almost forgot about that that. The seats getting pretty hot these days, don't you think.... -
Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
There is no threat of a nuclear war with Russia. Using that as the reason trump kisses Putin's ass is a real stretch. China is a bigger and more formidable threat than Russia but don't see him bowing to Xi, yet. -

Okay... assume you're talking about Trump's only goal of self preservation. A common trait of narcissists everywhere. -
Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
The friends Trump has been losing on a regular basis. If he had many they would probably try to help, but when you get shìt on for a year plus you lose that motivation. I don't disagree that you're a realist. I just question your perception of reality is all. To each their own though so have at it if it works. -

Good god man, follow the bouncing ball.... Yes, he should leave because he's in a no-win situation now. Put his tail between his legs, blame Biden and go home. I criticize him for not having an objective and clearly having a better plan. Is this difficult for you to understand, or do we need to do the see. spot. run. thing.... -

lol... you have a very bizarre way of looking at things don't you. Go look at the facts and take it from there. Which point is baseless? -
Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Huh... there is nothing I want from this so of course it is what it is. Yes, you're obviously very pro-Trump and very pro-Putin. You can find better people to admire than them, can't you. Superpowers are not forever. It's tough to be one when you have few friends. -
Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Be serious... Trump always kisses Putin's ass. Blaming Ukraine, siding with Russia to give them territory they invaded, throwing US intelligence under the bus his first term, and now cancelling sanctions despite them providing intel that could cause harm to military troops. Ass kissing might be too light a comment.... -

I understand your admiration of Trump but get real for a minute.... Yes I predict he's going to hightail it out of there at first chance and I'd do the same if I screwed up like he did. Gather you think the Director of US Counterterrorism resigning today because of there being no imminent threat from Iran is offside as well right. Lol.... the walls are closing in on your buy from every angle now. -
Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Don't do the usual 'whataboutisms'...stay on task. If you agree that invading a country and killing its citizens, political corruption, and the assassinating of political rivals a good country.... I got nothing. -

Bang on! For a guy that doesn't need that doesn't need other countries oil, he sure imports a lot of it.

Trump aiding and abetting the enemy?
LinkSoul60 replied to Barquentine's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
That wasn't the conversation. The conversation is Trump's loyalty/ass kissing of Putin, which is quite obvious. How many times do I need to tell you.... I don't hate Trump, I strongly dislike him and his kind. -

I told you what he should be doing.... get the hell out of there asap. What do you think he should do... keep his tail between his legs and hope for the best
