  1. I know. You and a handful of others remind everyone every day, multiple times. Debatable, and people say a lot of things sometimes but pretty hard to see 25%/35%/50% tariffs coming your way. It is what it is... only sign a deal when it's a good deal us and them. There is no proof of that, or even a mention. Another outta the àss thing? Don't sweat it kiddo.... it will play out as it will. Until then, do what you do.
  2. I'd brush up the wording a bit better for the resume though. Trudeau raised the party to 42%. If it hadn't been for the other teams, the Leafs would have a cup by now. What's your point... he lost.
  3. You're not only are you a shameless hack, but a lazy one at that. It took literally 10 seconds to find this, but it's easier for you to pull stuff out of your biased little mind. If the benchmark price was $1,248M whatever was selling for $300K must have been a small lot, if that. The fact is that just like today, metro Vancouver home pricing was also unaffordable for many in 2015. We're done 🤡 Detached Bungalows: For those purchasing a benchmark detached bungalow, the cost reached 88.6% of the median pre-tax household income by mid-2015. Standard Two-Storey Homes: The cost to service a standard two-storey home was even higher, estimated at 90.6% of median income. Condominium Apartments: Condos remained the most affordable option for owners, requiring approximately 40.1% of median income
  4. I'm cynical of Trump, so I didn't believe it either. It's not that the Iranian's are smarter than I thought, but it doesn't a super sleuth to figure that it's a large country with countless 'hiding' spots. You may be right about Israel and US involvement but at the end of day it doesn't matter now, just get this thing over with so countries don't feel the economic pain any more than they already have, and will for some time.
  5. Him starting this war isn't a mindless talking point, it's fact. It's also fact that it's his mess so hopefully he cleans it up soon and before too many economies get beat down any further. You always remind me how he got reelected...
  6. He should fix it considering he's the one who made the mess... There was no imminent threat, and I'd bet my last nickel that if Trump and his buddy weren't compelled to play with their new weapons Iran wouldn't even be a discussion today....because their nuclear capabilities were 'totally and completely obliterated' 8 months ago.
  7. Not sure, we'll see then... But I'm betting you're going to keep bîtching and crying for another 4 years aren't you 😂 Alberta isn't going anywhere, but why don't you look into when the separation nonsense gets put in the rearview mirror? Maybe move to the States and find something to bîtch about all day long down there... What a life you appear to lead... 😂
  8. Lol... you are seriously a freakin nut job... Find one post of mine where I've insisted, or even said that 'everything in Canada is much better since the liberals have been in power'. Just one if you can. It's all you got in your simple little head... CBC is the destruction of all minds. This going coming from a fool who gets her news from equally inept fools on X and Facebook. You're a joke...
  9. How many more years.... At least until November 2029. And again, I did not support them for the past 11 years. How many more chances... this one for sure. How about you... obviously been a down decade for you with at least another 4 years to go. 15 years of getting worked up and bîtching all day isn't good for your health though. Maybe join a gym and burn off that pent up anger so your mind can function better than it is. Just a thought...
  10. I comment on a lot of posts. Yours are generally pulled out of your âss to suit your mindless theories so I usually look, laugh and depending on the mood, may or may not comment.
  11. It took him a year to figure out Trudeau was no longer in power and then another year to figure out we have a trade problem with the US tariffs. It was great to see him have this epiphany and champion free trade with the US, albeit a year late. Enjoy him, because he'll be gone soon.
  12. Cite again the specific policies advised and acted on. Maybe I commented... ? But very well may have been as simple as saying you're a whack job.
  13. No, I'm not as gullible and naive as you. China is a developing country that still needs to rely on conventional energy. They also lead the world, by far in clean energy investment https://www.carbonbrief.org/analysis-clean-energy-drove-more-than-a-third-of-chinas-gdp-growth-in-2025/ https://www.carbonbrief.org/analysis-chinas-clean-energy-exports-in-2024-alone-will-cut-overseas-co2-by-1/
  14. There you go again... can't stop bîtching about the past. Is your constant complaining just about politics, or is it a way of life for you? You have a problem with China, but not if we're supplying oil, right. You also seem to forget your long gone hero's position on China - During a visit to Beijing in February 2012, Harper stated that "Canada has reached a number of extremely important milestones in the development of our strategic partnership with China". https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/harper-s-strategic-partner-china-yields-investment-deal-1.1137462#:~:text=One concluded negotiations for a,of priorities for the partnership.
  15. Cite these advising so-called facts.
  16. Here you go - Incident report lacks info: ecologist Timoney, the ecologist, said the AER incident report is lacking information, which is common. “You’re left guessing,” he said. For example, there’s no information on the length of the spill, nor the environment where the spill happened, whether it was a forest, wetland or waterbody. Timoney noted that some ecosystems are more sensitive to spills than others. There’s also little breakdown on what was in the spill, such as the concentration of bitumen or saltwater, he said. This particular spill included saltwater, which Timoney said is often “far more toxic than the oil or bitumen." Oil and bitumen can break down, but salt lasts forever, he said. “These saline spills are extremely serious." The AER spokesperson said any non-compliance penalties, if warranted, will be posted publicly on the agency's compliance dashboard. No, your link from 2008 doesn't interest or bother me at all. It's not an argument that wind turbines are one of the cleanest and most cost-effective ways we have of producing electricity. It's also not an argument that they play a key role in reducing carbon emissions. But back to your link from 8 years ago... surprisingly things have changed since then and ~90% of the turbine is recyclable and added into cement or repurposed for infrastructure materials for bridges, playgrounds, etc. The blades are still a challenge for landfills but that will be figured out at some point. Carbon emissions won't. You also don't pay a lot of attention... I care very much about the environment and what it will look like long after I'm gone. Not sure if I've talked about wind turbines as a specific subject, but am all in for transitioning our grid to clean and renewable energy, like China has been doing. You keep referring to the MSM.... Do you have any idea of how foolish you come across with the posts from your equally mindless X friends?
  17. It's clear you're not able to separate reality from your imagined world, but Carney is not Trudeau, nor is his governing. You sit around and bîtch day in and day out about the Trudeau years, which obviously makes you feel better. Why don't you do something useful with what fraction of mind you have and rather than always looking backwards, look forward.
  18. Hopefully Smith can explain to the people she wants to run a pipeline through their backyard that this was an outlier. No way could this ever happen on the BC coast... Imperial Oil pipeline spills 843,000 litres northwest of Cold Lake, Alta. Company apologized for incident in written statement to CBC News
  19. From where I sit, I don't believe there is enough matter between your ears for anything to hurt... So, you got nothing for Poilievre right... Didn't think so.
  20. Uncle Sam... you're obviously not aware but those American producers that we can't compete with are the same producers we have in Canada.
  21. What background and specific qualifications does Poilievre have that would suggest he's capable of leading a country? As we're seeing, he can't even lead his political party... You're correct, hope has never been a good strategy, but neither is keeping your head buried in your áss.
  22. No, you American's don't have that spirit because a large percentage of your population is that non-white group. Electing Trump was about holding your nose and hoping he could lower the cost of living (that's worked out pretty good hasn't it), and do something about illegal immigrants....which still hasn't surpassed Biden's deportations. Why again did you elect this guy?
  23. My remarks on immigration have nothing to do with 'glowing'... they're facts, which you obviously can't seem to digest. This isn't going away because you hope it does. Fact is....you're going to be a lot more multicultural in the years to come 🧔🏾‍♂️ 👩🏾 👶🏾
