  1. Nope, I meant exactly what I said. You need to look not much farther than his daily idiocy on Truth Social and all the other outlandishly stupid or absurdly exaggerated comments he makes nearly daily. I am no Trump sycophant here. I call it like I see it. Trump has always been his own worst enemy and all he really needs to do is stand out of Bidens way to win this election... but I doubt he can do that. I like many of the policy positions Trump has, but he is a deplorable person when it comes to the personal character department and it is a shame that the choices are going to come down to Trump the old man circus clown vs Biden the old man with Dementia who should be in a retirement home enjoying some ice cream.
  2. No, that is literally your opinion. The fact that you have to call it a "soft" coup is a dead giveaway. It was not a coup at all. If we want to play these little word games with "subvert the constitution" or "end democracy," we need to look no further than the Democrat's efforts to literally try to remove Trump from the ballot based on absurdly flawed legal theories and Biden's continued attempts to forgive student loans by executive fiat.
  3. He make himself a dictator by demanding illegal dictates? How does that work exactly? This is just pure fear mongering nonsense.
  4. Biden had his moment to condemn the bad actors and chose to "both sides" it instead.
  5. So... let me get this straight. You absolutely 100% believe Trump will in fact somehow magically make himself a dictator, destroying the Constitution, all because of this quote because Trump said so... but you also don't believe him saying it will be in one day? Just brilliant. I understand just fine, that Trump could declare himself King of England on Day one... that doesn't make him the King of England nor is there any credible path to such a thing just because he asserts it to be so. Maybe, just maybe, Trump was mocking folks who constantly call him a dictator and what a President does have the power to do on day one is reverse Executive actions and enact new ones... you know, just like Presidents do in all the previous elections. Or, you can just keep irrationally fear-mongering like you are doing.
  6. The purpose of citing the NYP was just to show you what Biden said. Are you really disputing he said that? Will it make you feel better if I get you another source so you can't play this dishonest game of trying to discredit the source instead of dealing with the facts?
  7. Well... because it was reported on. Biden condemns ‘antisemitic protests,’ and ‘those who don’t understand’ Palestinians in echo of Trump ‘both sides’ remark https://nypost.com/2024/04/22/us-news/biden-condemns-antisemitic-protests-those-who-dont-understand-palestinians-in-echo-of-trump-both-sides-remark/ “I condemn the antisemitic protests, that’s why I’ve set up a program to deal with that,” Biden told reporters following a Virginia event marking Earth Day, without specifying to what program he was referring. “I also condemn those who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians.”
  8. The Biden DOJ was not merely following the evidence when they decided to target Pro-Life activists for retribution, dragging up a years old case that had long been passed over by other local law enforcement, because the guy was clearly innocent. Some Abortion supporting goon walked across the street to antagonize a Pro-Life dad and son and they got into an altercation because the guy was assaulting his son. It was on video and all the local law enforcement reviewed and declined any charges because the evidence didn't support any charges. Then Biden comes along with Garland and they not only drag that case back up, they send armed FBI/DOJ agents to the guys house, guns drawn, to drag him out in front of his family (when his lawyers had already said he would voluntarily come in if they decided to press charges). The guy was found innocent in like less than 2 hours by the jury, but the DOJ drug him through the mud, because the process is a form of punishment. Tell us again how Biden did not weaponize the DOJ...
  9. No, Cohen lied... but that doesn't answer my question. You asserted he was selling out the nation. Doing business in Russia in 2016 is not selling out the nation. Lots of people and business did business there. I am not lying, you are reading into my comment more absolutism than was there. The point was simply that you played games the last time an article was shared by you. Speaking of which... not sure you ever went back to answer the question if you did agree with it or not...
  10. Is being obtuse in your responses your big schtick here, like, do you really think that will win a discussion? It just comes across as dishonest and lazy. You don't need to see someone trying to get past a chain to understand they have formed a chain that blocks students. You can also easily google this or if you pay any attention to the news at all, see students are getting arrested for blocking students... "At Yale, university and New Haven police officers removed the protesters camped outside the Schwarzman Center on Monday and blocked entry to Beinecke Plaza. " https://www.cbsnews.com/news/yale-students-demonstrators-detained-amid-pro-palestinian-protest/ Yet again... if you pay attention to any of the garbage they are chanting: Call me crazy, that seems pretty obvious... So, do you have any other lazy stupid comments for me?
  11. Alright. You just keep repeating yourself and are not responding to my criticism. Continually asserting they lied... does not answer how you know they lied. Knowing your bill is not going to clear the Senate doesn't mean you do not support Border protections. If that is your big argument... then the Senate trying to pass what they did was not serious either, knowing the House was never going to really consider it either.
  12. Charlottesville was enough to drive a media narrative against Trump for a lifetime... the left still brings it up as does Biden. And yet... for all the disgusting and wrong rhetoric surrounding what happened there, many of these "protests" for what is essentially Hamas are just as bad and happening almost daily now, it seems.
  13. You just asserted the same thing again. Here, let me repost what I wrote, and maybe you can try again and do better next time in your response: "The lack of support for that particular bill doesn't mean there was no support for action. The House did pass comprehensive Immigration last year... which died in the Senate controlled by Democrats." Lack of support for that particular border bill != no support for any border bill. This is pretty basic logic stuff and your speculation isn't proof anyone lied.
  14. You titled this thread to explain why you are worried about a Trump Presidency again, but then you brought up why you think he first got into politics and something he did in the last Presidency. Are you most worried that he is still trying to build a Trump Tower there? He was in politics before running for President. What do you base your claim on that he was selling out the nation for a Trump Tower in Moscow? I will not comment on the quote you provided since you have already established that citing things like that doesn't mean you agree with any of it.
  15. How is he a dictator for one day that makes the Constitution go away? I am not dense, but you cannot articulate anything reasonable here to justify your fears.
  16. Do you agree with the article then? Wow... where do you get such wild hyperbole from, to claim that nearly every pundit agrees Netanyahu is using the war to distract from and evade his legal problems? Never mind, that is merely an argument from the popularity fallacy. I do pay attention to the news. Thanks for your concern. So... your real issue is just one of semantics over the word provoke. Got it. You don't think Netanyahu "provoked" Hamas, you think he gave them the opportunity to invade by purposefully leaving the metaphorical door open. OK, fine. Back to the evidence part... if there was evidence that Netanyahu did that, why is the current opposition going along with him in the War Cabinet? Where is this evidence he acted so nefariously?
  17. That Bill was dead on arrival in the House whether Trump ever said a word or not. Either way, that is an irrelevant side point to the issue we are discussing here, which is the motivation as to why many in the GOP voted no. The lack of support for that particular bill doesn't mean there was no support for action. The House did pass comprehensive Immigration last year... which died in the Senate controlled by Democrats. My exact words were not that the total amount of votes for no were a small fraction, but the amount of those no votes that were opposed to the $$$ because they did in fact oppose $$$ going to Ukraine either way, was a small fraction. The point of my post was that many of those no votes were no votes because they wanted to see it tied to border legislation. What do you base calling it a lie on?
  18. No, the facts are accurate. The National Debt trend increased substantially under Obama. Your argument is false because if it were merely the Bush tax cuts causing it, the pace would have remained the same, not increased as dramatically as it did. No, Bidens deficits are not substantially lower at all: 2017: 700 Billion - TRUMP 2018: 800 Billion - TRUMP 2019: 1 Trillion - TRUMP 2020: 3.1 Trillion - TRUMP (Also Pandemic $$$) 2021: 2.8 Trillion - BIDEN (Also Pandemic $$$) 2022: 1.4 Trillion - BIDEN 2023: 1.7 Trillion - BIDEN 2024: 1.6 Trillion - BIDEN - Estimated
  19. I was just curious if you paid any attention to the debt and deficit spending while Obama was President? It does not appear you have at all. Since GW Bush, both parties have continued to spend more recklessly. Obama took what Bush started to new levels, and Trump kept at that pace, with Biden and the Pandemic spending accelerating it even more.
  20. So, you use an article you disagreed with to support your saying it is clear from that same article that Netanyahu is prolonging the war for his gain? Interesting. So, your quibble here is that you didn't use the word provoke, but that you did clearly mean provoke? I am not sure that is a meaningful distinction to the point being made here.
  21. This was not a quote from the article. This was your added commentary: "It is clear that Netanyahu has every incentive to continue the war as long as possible to avoid the legal consequences he faces. Just like Trump delays his TRIALS."
  22. You have previously said here: "They are doing NOTHING to achieve peace with the Palestinians. Netanyahu was funneling $MILLIONS to Hamas for the last couple of years to drive a wedge between them and the Palestine Authority, and that backfired spectacularly. IMO, that, combined with Israeli KNOWLEDGE of Hamas plans, NOT being prepared for them, AND near total destruction of Gaza, proves complicity for the purpose of the goal or Netanyahu's extreme hard right coalition: eviction of Palestinians. Several of Netanyahu's ministers are OPENLY calling for that NOW. Additional evidence is the continual illegal expansion of West Bank settlements."
  23. A lot less healthy... how? Trump is out on the campaign trail non-stop, holding rallies and giving speeches, except when he is being dragged into court. Biden has to have his handlers escort him off stage or away from almost all questions from the Press almost daily. He had to be rescued from questions Easter before last by a person dressed up as the Easter Bunny. Trump is an old man and an all-around circus clown... but trying to pretend like Biden is somehow in better health when he is clearly not all there mentally or physically is just absurd on its face. How will Trump nullify the Constitution based on saying he would be a dictator on day one? I am not terrified by obvious figures of speech that Trump can't do, even if he did mean a real dictator.
  24. Nothing new here. This stuff should be common sense. When you have someone like Biden and the Democrats take office, where they immediately enact something like 90+ Executive Orders to weaken our border security policies, they openly encourage illegal immigration through action and words. Guess what? More people flock to the borders.
