SC rules presidents have immunity
User replied to West's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Don't even need impeachment. They did not rule he had any kind of absolute immunity across the board. -

Tell us you have no clue what you are talking about and clearly do not care to... -

Yet again, you are a victim of your own purposeful ignorance. Read the ruling. Nowhere did any of it allow for the President to order the military to assassinate someone... -
That isn't how it works at all. If Biden or Harris is no longer the candidate, the DNC doesn't lost any of its funds. The Biden campaign is free to move all their donations to other PAC's and depending on applicable limits laws, move it to other candidates as well. They can also refund the money back and then it can be donated right back to the new candidates or they can offer to transfer refunds for their donors as well.

Scoop or Grandstanding? Biden Ending Campaign
User replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Um... this is almost a day old now... I highly doubt he had this kind of access to any leaks or information. We already have the latest leaks being reported on saying the exact opposite. -

You have no care for being truthful here at all, do you? I mean, none. Just thread after thread, you push lies and then run away. -

Who tried to overthrow the election? Trump no more tried to overthrow the election than Gore did and you supported. You STILL think what happened to Gore was not legitimate. -
PR Tactics? Talk about projection. You are not even trying to deal with the issue here or what I said. You are just dismissing it because something about my tribe is mine to clean up and they will ignore me? Something is either right or wrong on its own... trying to change the subject to me is just a disingenuous tactic to avoid having to condemn the clearly condemnable.

Yeah... just like Gore tried to "overturn" the election the same ways... *GASP* You mean Trump tried to use the legal system to challenge things? Guess what, that is what Gore did too! Gore tried to throw out Military votes AND he tried to selectively recount votes and "interpret" them to his favor. Yes, Gore did in fact try to force a selective recount to "interpret" voters intent to his favor. The recount method was not "chosen" by the state. It was what the law called for. They recounted the ballots with the machine. That was it. You clearly do not understand how any of this worked or are just being intentionally deceitful here. Voters, to some extent, did not clearly punch their ballots. The machine could not count their votes, because they were not punched correctly. The recount Gore wanted would have sought to "interpret" voters intent based on how much the ballot had been marked and to do so only in the counties that would most likely be believed to favor him. It is not just when Gore lost... he accepted the results, the Democrats in general did not, as they to this day still say that the SCOTUS robbed Gore of the election. And Gore continued to say after this that he was basically robbed too. And? You are moving the goal posts now. You tried to claim he never conceded, then you tried to claim it was not a concession... only after I destroyed your repeated false claims, now your big complaint is that it was after January 6th? LOL, and it took Gore over a month to concede, too... Oh man, only after his failed attempts to try to overturn the election. Not a coincidence! Since Trump said what he did about January 6th the following day, this politicized DOJ has gone on to try to railroad folks who were peaceful that day. Yes, Trump and others have rightly condemned this.

The LGBTQ movement has always been intertwined with sexual deviancy and debauchery. Why they feel the need to drag children into all of this... well, I have my beliefs behind their motives. It is because children can be influenced and they seek their approval. My 'favorite' are the sick adults who play "pup play" dressed up in leather, like dogs, and then let the children pet them. They are using children for their perverse pleasure. The fact that the movement at large doesn't condemn this shit or demand it is relegated to adult-themed events only is a disgrace.

LOL, that is not all that was claimed by your or I in the discussion we were having. I schooled you on multiple claims you tried to make. The problem here was that you keep quoting the article. What exactly is it that I claimed the existing law says that it doesn't say? Be specific. No, the entire reason this made it to the Supreme Court was because of the way the prosecution tried to interpret the law beyond what it actually says, to include gratuities, when it clearly did not. That is the point that not only Kavanaugh makes, but the majority of the SCOTUS that he represents here. Yes, you repeatedly demanded I show you where in the ruling it did this, I showed you. Do you not understand how majority opinions work? Kavanaugh wrote for the Opinion of the Court, not just himself. Yet... you keep naming him as if it were only his take. Yes... that is what the Supreme Court does, they interpret the law in disputes like these. Congratulations on stating the obvious. Again... it was the majority opinion. No where did SCOTUS rule that gratuities are lawful. This was a technical ruling that the wrong statute was charged... they literally call this out and explain that there is a separate statute for gratuities. So, no, the SCOTUS majority did not say Congress did not decide to limit gratuties. Seriously, try reading the actual ruling. See above... that is not what SCOTUS ruled on here. Again, that is not what the ruling had anything to do with. See above. Again. Seriously... you have no clue what you are even talking about here. Read the ruling.

Will there be a second debate?
User replied to Fluffypants's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
No, now you are dismissing evidence. Before you said there was none. -
Trump exaggerates a lot. He uses a lot of hyperbole. Sure, he does lie, he bends the truth, but the bulk of what gets labeled "lies" are clearly just exaggerations with more than a grain of truth behind them. Lets not pretend Biden was not repeatedly lying either though.

Quantitative? You need look no farther than the evidence of it being a social contagion now with LGBTQ identifications almost being exponential now. It is not some coincidence of Genetics that you see these left-wing families with all kids who identify as some form of LGBTQ... or that you see huge percentages in more left-wing schools identifying in some LGBTQ way...

Donald Trump’s Persecution Complex
User replied to robosmith's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Lets see... Trump is being vindictively prosecuted by the DOJ, Georgia, and was just found guilty in NY on bogus charges. But yeah, he has a "complex" -

No evidence? I guess if you ignore his DOJ colluding with them... with Mr. Colangelo quitting the DOJ to join Bragg to prosecute Trump. Yeah, sure. Nothing to see here folks. -

User replied to Fluffypants's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
My guess is that the Biden admin will try to pressure for some kind of so-called "fact checking" requirement as a bad faith poison pill... it is 50/50 what Trump will agree to or not there. -
Which is why you have run away from almost every thread we have engaged each other in... Once I get past the surface level deep talking points, you got nothing. LOL, his words are enough? That is not taking responsibility. That is a hollow utterance that took him zero effort. Biden signed off on these plans, Biden overseen them... then it was Biden who authorized blowing up a family trying to claim they got the terrorists that killed our men.

The Lazy Authoritarianism of Donald Trump

Why do you support the current President's fascism and depriving people of their rights?
